The name of the establishment is called Smoothie King-key word Smoothie, but you ran out of smoothies and you can' t make a smoothie bowl?! WOW!!! You should close the business for the day and open back up the next day until you have the products. That's like McDonalds or Burger King running out of hamburgers! That's bad business. Good thing Hammond have two Smoothie Kings!

I have been stopping here almost every morning for the past two weeks at 6 am as soon as they open and one employee has really stood out. Ms Alexus D is what my receipt says but she is always so sweet and always smiling, really makes my morning, such a positive energy. Thank you for always being so kind.

We waited 30 minutes in line. Get to the window and all of the young workers are SITTING in the pick up window with their backs to the window, eating, laughing and cutting up. It's no wonder why we waited in line for so Ling and our smoothies were liquefied.

Pulled into drive through. After 10 minutes and seeing no movement, I reversed out and left..why are the workers so slow.
I’ve used this location several times a week for the last 5 years and I won’t be back. Every time I go lately the smoothies are missing over an inch of smoothie and I’ve mentioned it to the employees several times but it hasn’t helped. Employees are too lazy to empty the blender completely so you get a full smoothie. I will not be back!

We waited 10 minutes behind one person for the woman at the window to give us our drink in less than 5. Pretty slow
