Super friendly and great quality! I love how many choices you can do, add-ins, and their recommendations. They make healthy living fun and delish! The free upsize as a member is an added bonus! They do accommodate allergies (just ask for a specialized allergen free container), which is amazing and makes a difference. I love the vegan mango kale with the super grains & angel food with almond milk. It comes out quick, and there are places for you to sit as you wait. The atmosphere is refreshing and welcoming! Definitely a favorite spot!

This place hasn’t been good since the summer! I miss when the boy Bryce the teenager was there! He made sure our smoothies/bowls come out quicker with his nice attitude. I suggest bringing him back to make your business thrive. Please bring someone back that knows what to do. Have a nice day! :)

Everything takes forever to come out and be ready asking for extra stuff is apparently un doable because I never seem to get anything how I want even when I ask at this location I’m done going to this location the boy and the girl working today around 10:20 I was there I told the young man I wanted extra hazzle nut drizzle and he told me it already had extra drizzle but Ik how it’s suppose to look and he never gave me my extra drizzle both twice I came back to ask yesterday and today I’ll add picture so you can see the differences of extra and whatever I got. And I also gave them a good tip for what I got.

came back twice to get a bowl I asked for extra hazzle nut drizzle my smoothie bowl is half liquid , they took forever and I never got my extra drizzle instead I barely got any need to bring back the old workers the girl and boy in there don't do a good job at all I go 2-3 time a week sometimes im jus gonna switch locations.

I wouldn't waste my time coming back to this place. It was bad enough waiting in a long line. Only two workers in there. While one leaves to go outside I suppose it was her boyfriend outside. He pulls up in a car. And he gets out to do something . And then they kissed and then she went back in .Needlessly to say she over charge me. Saying she put what I asked her to put in my smoothie and I know she didn't.

Today I ordered 32 oz. Used my $2 rewardbut noticed it didn't deduct from total. Went in to ask about it & was told they were having problems with that. Well you should be trained how to do it manually. Lady never said anything about it. Need more communication skills & customer serviceI am getting tired of their antics. Time to let you go.

Day shift makes hulks think like they are supposed to me. Night shift they are runny like water.Ruin a good product when no one gets it right consistently.Picture is me pouring some out and taking a picture so you can see. Not thick, not clumping, not good.

took 30 minutes to get my smoothie bowl... it was ready they just left it sitting by the window. was half empty also. Melted too. Not worth $13 when the bowl is only half way full. They also never gave me a spoon... how am i supposed to eat something without utensils?
Delicious smoothies with fast and excellent service. Everything is made so fast and with a smile. It all tastes so good I can't get enough. It takes no effort to get to. I highly recommend this place to everyone as it will not disappoint.

I have frequented this store for almost 2 years every Friday night. This store has horrible service if you arrive anywhere near closing time. I arrived last night at 9:58pm, car at drive through window waiting for their order, 2 employees in the store plainly visible to me, one making an order for the waiting car, the other spinning around talking to the other employee. They briefly looked out the window at me, but never asked for my order. I waited, the car in front received his order and drive off at 10:01pm. I waited another minute and both employees went to the back so I pulled to the drive through window and honked my horn. One employee came to the window and I attempted to order, he turned to place the order then apparently the other employee said something and he turned back to me and said, "we closed five minutes ago" it is now 10:03pm and I said yes and I have been sitting in the drive through for 5 minutes waiting for you to take my order and he said "we take our headset off when its close to 10 and stop taking orders." It takes 1 minutes and 17 seconds, I timed someone at another store, to make this $15.72 order, really good money that got turned down. I will not be going back.

I have been to this smoothie king a few times . Every employee I have come into contact with whether I had questions or if I was uncertain what to order, they have been so professional about it and helped me out a lot. I explained to the manager I used to like the wheat grains in my hulk but they took it out years ago. She then recommended I use/add the super grains in my smoothie (which is what I was looking for ) and it made my smoothie taste just like it did years ago. She was so helpful. If you are in the Hammond area I highly recommend going to this location, they are just so professional there and might I add the store WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN!!!! Which made me feel even more comfortable about going in during the covid pandemic.
