Today I wanted to have a nice refreshing drink. The young boy that we encountered today was not very friendly. He asked for my order and quickly snapped because I was not answering right away continuously rolling his eyes. He had a very cocky attitude and I would not recommend him working as the barista here any longer.

My husband and I were shopping at Target and decided to get Starbucks for the drive home. We went to walk into Starbucks, and the girl behind the counter yells, “We’re closed!” Their hours say 8pm, but it was 7:20pm when we arrived. Either she lied or the hours are listed incorrectly. Poor customer service.

They close at 8:00 pm. I walked up a few minutes before 8 and there was someone still waiting on their order but the girl told me they were already closed. I didn't think they were supposed to close until the actual closing time.

I have spent so much money at this Starbucks over the last ten years. But within the last year, nearly every time I go, my drink is made wrong. It is a six dollar drink. And I have to either drink it made wrong or ask them to remake it, which I hate doing because they look at you like you’re crazy. I literally get anxiety going to Starbucks now because of this. Well this morning the barista had the audacity to argue with me and tell me that she would have to charge me for extra milk even though it was clearly on the drink sticker that I had paid for extra already but I could taste that they didn’t add it in my drink. I calmly told her that my drink is often made wrong lately and that I have gotten this drink for years so I know what it should taste like and her response was “well I’m sorry you’re having a bad morning.” I just drove away. They are careless and they take advantage of customers. These highly priced drinks should be perfect every time. It so often tastes like they just pour ingredients in cups without even bothering to measure anything. (Many times it has tasted like they barely added any milk to my drink at all.) So many times this year I have just not enjoyed my drink that I paid quite a bit of money for because I didn’t have the courage to ask them to remake it correctly. I shouldn’t have to stand up for myself every time I go to Starbucks. I am not going to spend six dollars on a drink that over the last year has been made wrong nearly every time, and they either argue with you or give you an angry look if you ask them to remake it.

I have literally went to this location 4 times in the last two weeks at various times during their business hours and they were closed. I’m not sure what the problem is, but it’s getting pretty frustrating. If your hours of operation have changed, please update them online!

There is an Employee by the name of AJ I believe, who was the worst barista I have ever encountered. He not only was rude, but completely out of line and unprofessional. Will never return to this Starbucks until matters have been resolved with Mr. AJ

We love the staff the barristers... they have a few, that wr love to see, they remember our usual order. Ponchatoula needs a Starbucks
