The worst experience ever . I ordered my food thru the app and got charged but they never received my order and said they couldn’t refund my money or make my order. So I went ahead and contacted the app to get refunded ( hopefully I get it back ). I reordered my food on the app again and they get my order and messed it up 3 times and the girl at the front window had a horrible attitude, all of our food was made messy and fell all over my clothes so I complained nicely about my the god bring made messy and the girl rolled her eyes, she also didn’t let us know they were out of lettuce and tomato’s . The worst customer service ever. Oh and Bret still didn’t get the order right. Also all the food was just thrown in the bag. Definitely not professional and she should definitely not work at y’all’s store.

I hate this Taco Bell every time you come here the service is horrible. This time I came for a cheese quesadilla and the quesadilla was ice cold and the cheese was not melted. I then had to wait to get my food, so what was I waiting for? cold food? I've left reviews before on Google as well but this Taco Bell is horrible. Do not come here every time I come it's a new problem.
