Just came here to say that we saved the top tier of our wedding cake to freeze and eat on our one year anniversary! Our one year anniversary had just passed and the cake defrosted tasted just as good an entire year later!! So disgusted, I should have known when the gal taking my order said she was new that it wouldn't be good. I asked to decorate it "pretty", all they did was write happy birthday on the cake, no border color or roses. When I called to complain, I was told that they decorated it the best they could since I wasn't charge "decorating fee" my reply was, maybe I should have been told that when I order it. I'm totally disappointed with the cake.. This is the first time I ever had this issue.

This place did a great job on my daughters birthday cake also for Thanksgiving, and man are their apple pie ? was super duper great... we also had the pumpkin and pecan and they were also as well. Highly recommend, I was visiting from Kentucky home of the bourbon.

OMG!!! I’ve been ordering my cakes from a bakery in Nola and saw the Death Valley cake they had made, so I thought I’d give them a try. Unbelievable! Got 2 cakes, state of Louisiana with tiger eye and Fleur de Lis, lemon with cake inside purple and yellow tiger stripes and football, red velvet with LSU vs Army. Not only were the cakes absolutely beautiful, the flavor and quality was impeccable. I usually have about 5 to 6 cakes made a year, Cocoa Bean is now my go to bakery!

I bought a strawberry shortcake for my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner, it was amazing! Everyone enjoyed it. I also purchased two dozen mini pastries, they made extra and gave them to me a no extra charge. Would absolutely recommend!
