My online order was not correct. I was charged to add cheese to my eggs. When I got home, there was no cheese on the eggs. Otherwise, it was okay. Just disappointed that I was charged, and could not contact the store to let them know. So here we go public.

Had a perfectly fine time at this location. Waitress was decently attentive and never let our drinks go empty. My order came out perfectly. I think my mom's hashbrowns had onions in them that she didn't request, but she didn't send them back. Our booth wasn't dirty, and we had all the necessary condiments and such. Bathrooms were fine. I love Waffle House, and this visit wasn't anything special, but it didn't disappoint me at all either. Thank you!

if I come to your establishment with my family I expect some kind of service..this waffle is atrocious, they literally told my family and I they can't serve us because they busy cleaning ..then Close whole freaking store ..nothing but attitudes from people there ..glad I had witnesses to post on social

Silas at the w. Thomas location is the absolute greatest. He's always welcoming and as the best customer service ever. I will definitely be going g back soon. The the cook( never got her name) was also great.
The food isn't as good as it used to be. There seems to just be not much effort of making it taste good and be plated cleanly. Waffle house is only as good as the staff. And right now it subpar.
There were to many flies in the windows,It made me uncomfortable.

Great eats! I love watching them cook my food. It's always consistent. The service is fast and friendly. I do wish the prices weren't so high since I've got a family of 5 but it's worth it with the great service and prompt food. I recommend totally!

The service is usually very good when Paige , Debbie , Lisa or Daniel are working . The atmosphere could be better but the new manager they have now isn’t very friendly , not very professional & has NO personality what so ever . You walk in & majority of the time she Doesn’t even acknowledge the customers , it’s like no personality at all. I enjoy going there on a regular, seriously I was going like EVERY morning literally but I limit it now b/c of that reason .

The bacon taste like wild hog. The bacon cheeseburger with mediocre at best. We ordered sweet tea and was told it was being brewed and to our knowledge it is still being brewed because we never got it. we captured three big blue flies. I had to ask for refill on Coffee, In a waffle house
