Placed a large order online. When the order was picked up...staff was rude and acted annoyed that we were 15 minutes later than the scheduled time. The order was paid in full on the app when order was placed. They showed their appreciation for our $55 order by placing EVERYTHING in one bag. All the burritos on the bottom of bag were smashed and contents spilled out onto other food. This left literally a third of the order inedible. Called 3 times (must have caller ID)...no answer.
