Tried Big Mike's. I have to say it was great! Unfortunately I don't have photos but everything we got was great and at a very reasonable price and filling. Meats were excellent Brisket Sides were good Boudin was excellent People there were very nice! I'll definitely be going again. It's a comfortable space and nicely kept,

Big BBQ Fan from London here. Staff was absolutely wonderful, atmosphere feels like your with all your lads in a pub. Very wonderful. My issue is the food. I ordered the 3 meat 2 side option brisket, rib and pulled pork with baked beans and green beans. 1st and foremost did the chef run out of seasoning? Everything except the beans and pulled pork were completely bland, no flavor, no smokey taste, no juice.... just meat. Granted yes the total was $25, so I don't really have much that I can complain about, I got my money's worth. I'm full, but even the sweet tea had more flavor than the brisket. I'll stop by the restaurant again because american BBQ is all about improvements, but it won't be during this trip. I hope the owner/manager sees this and something can be done about it.
