Very poor customer service. They would not take my order at 1:30 am because they close at 2:00 am. He stated he wanted to be out by 2am.
It took 20 minutes to get two orders ahead of me done. Apparently orders got "lost in system" and no one has sense or courtesy to have that patron pull out of eat to let others get orders. Several waiting behind this mess.Then my order was only partly taken and had to do a second ticket for fry & shake.
The breakfast line is so slow that a few times I had to get out of line because it would take at least 10 for the line to move. An the food wasn't fresh for being 720 am.
i ordered the 2 for $5 sandwiches,i got 2 BK Big Fish sandwiches with light tartar sauce, lettuce and pickles,i decided to make it a double decker sandwich because i wanted both filets and not all the bread, simple delicious and a fantastic ideaFeatures: i wore my mask and socially distanced myself

from the time I pulled up to the time I drove off was 53 minutes thru drive thru. food was cold, fries tasted the old grease, mayo and ketchup was sloppy all over outside of bun. I wanted no onions add cheese. I had extra onions and no cheese
Me and mom shared 2 for $10. Pick a sandwich (limited) with each a fry and drink

No french toast when i went again. Friendly worker though
Burger was not right. Smashed single with 1 strip of bacon. Ordered a double with cheese and bacon. Food was cold and unappealing

Without a doubt, consistently the SLOWEST fast food restaurant in Houma. For the last 20+ years this location has prided itself on taking longer to serve you than any other Burger King around.
