Was my first time here and I don't know why. Maybe outta sight outta mind. It definitely won't be my last. Everything was delicious!! They have plate lunches 7 days a week.
We stopped for lunch at the location on Park in Houma. My husband had shrimp poorboy with house made chips. I had eggplant parmesan over angel hair pasta, accompanied by Italian green beans and a lovely piece of garlic toast. My meal was exceptionally good and I plan to have it again. I also had a side of the family recipe Italian sausage which was also delicious. Everything made with pride and passion for great food. Love this place!!
Food was OUTSTANDING. Service was garbage. I made an online order through Google and I guess it was processed through Menufy. When I arrived to pick up my order I was told they didn't have some items. About $8 worth. I asked for a substitute (cake instead of brownies) I was told no that they couldn't that and I had to take it up with Menufy. I messaged Menufy and they told me they would work on my behalf to get the refund from Castalano's! Turns out Castalano's was responsible...read full review
