I was late to the game and discovered Fran’s Snowball Stand around 2014. Since then, I have become a super fan. Ms. Lisa is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, and she is always concocting creative flavors and combos. I especially love her Zelda snowball.She has the best prices in town—be sure to bring cash. She cares for the kids in her neighborhood and strives to keep her prices low so they can enjoy a delicious treat. Stop by throughout the year to try her special holiday snowballs!Other flavors I adore: Skittles, Almond Joy, Yoshi, Peppermint Patty, Mr. Bingle, Purple People Eater, Pink Lady, Hello Kitty… I usually try something new every time.

Frans has the absolute best snowballs around hands down! There is NO competition or comparison. If you can think it she can make it. She has hundreds of flavors and combinations. My boys are so spoiled by her and loyal to her. Her customer service is an absolute pleasure unlike the other snowball place. She's not mean to her employees nor does she make them cry unlike some snowball places I knowFrans has been around for years and will continue to be the best. Bring cash though.

There is no kinder service offered than the service this owner gives. It's been no less than 16 years that her snowballs have been putting a smile on my face, and to this day when I try one it reminds me of all my summers as a kid enjoying a cold treat on a hot day. The children in the neighborhood, whether a decade in the past or even these days, always look forward to their favorite flavor snowball handed to them, undoubtedly, with a smile.
