Best Chinese in the Houma area, have been eating here for over a decade. Dining area is small but generally pleasant, have always had a good experience with the family that runs the restaurant.

I got old left over chicken. I have the photos to prove it. Manager said they were busy and cooked too much. I was the only customer there. She replaced the chicken ONLY and gave me back the cold sides. I live in summers field and was close. I recommend you check your food prior to leaving. 855-3568.

First Chinese place I have tried in Houma. Nothing special, but it's not bad. Singapore noodles and the eggplant were good.

How u gonna deliver take out without any condiments or utensils! Egg rolls with no sauce, no spoons or forks, no salt, pepper, or even napkins! $23 for a single meal but had to go spend more money at the store to get condiments and utensils!

Went for lunch and got the perfect amount to eat. Slightly expensive I guess but everything is expensive here at the end of 2023 so can't really fault them for that. I got the kung pao chicken combo which was really good and my friend got one of the "diet" plates, which came with some sort of low cal soy sauce ginger sauce which she really enjoyed. It's one of the only Chinese food places I've seen that's offered any sort of healthy options in an easily identifiable way. Would eat here again anytime.Dietary restrictions: good "diet" healthier options categorized clearly on the menuParking: Plenty of parking when we went and the lot seemed safe enough
Recommended dishes: Egg Roll, Egg Drop Soup, Wonton Soup, Mandarin Chicken, Fried Rice, Egg Foo Young, House Special Lo Mein, Orange Chicken, Spring Rolls, Fried Wonton with Meat and Garlic Sauce, Coconut Shrimp

The food is high quality. If you have never tried the shrimp toast, you should. This is one of those beautiful hole in the wall family restaurants that's make you feel lucky to have discovered. I haven't been disappointed yet by anything I've tried so far.

My husband and I enjoyed a meal from here recently! It's a very small little Chinese restaurant well hidden off St. Charles St. , if you don't know where to look to find it you probably won't, there's no sign or anything on the outside evening hinting that this place exists , it looks like a run down building on the outside, but the inside is quite nice with friendly staff and a a few tables with a nice size tv to watch while eating or waiting on your meal to go! They even have these little plastic to go containers if you order take out that you can bring home and are microwaveable and pretty much spill and leak proof, but the best thing about this place is the Food! Our meal was cooked fresh, our broccoli was steamed separately and you can actually see the egg in the fried rice! This has got to be the freshest tasting Chinese Food I've ever eaten, when you take a bite you can just taste the difference, all fresh ingredients and well made! It's a little more pricey than the other restaurants I've eaten at , over $14 a take out plate, but like they say , you get what you pay for, And this place is definitely worth the extra change! Try it , I guarantee your taste buds will thank you!!
