The attitude of the workers were horrible because they have to make a fajita meal kit. They were throwing things around at the bar when they were making the kit. Horrible experience.

Moe’s is a solid choice in all of their locations I have been to. The food is always pretty fresh and quite consistent. It’s nice to be able to customize things to your liking. I typically prefer the quesadillas. My 3 star rating is not bad, it just means it’s above your average place but it’s nothing super special. It won’t prevent me from going back when I crave it.

This location is clean, consistent and kind! We love Moe's - and if you are trying to eat healthy, they have many good options for you as well ?

Everything was good, the location's vibe was good, food was good, service was good, and the bathroom was high quality.

I should have made this review sooner, but here it is. I went to Moe’s for the first time in a while this past Monday, and it honestly was a terrible experience. The worker was very rude and talked disrespectfully to my mother, who I had brought for lunch. He had a Moes hat over his Afro like it was a HEADBAND, and NO HAIR NETS. How sanitary! My mother wanted chicken, and he said she’d have to wait, to which my mom didn’t mind and he said she’d just have to wait until he’s finished making her bowl. He was lazy and tried getting another employee to get the chicken instead of him just doing it (other guy was already doing something). He gets to me, and I was not going to be friendly with this guy. He wasn’t friendly so I gave him low energy back. As a customer I shouldn’t be treated with a bad experience. I’m paying my hard earned money to eat at this place for uncaring people to have a job here and just show up for work. Anyways, so he finishes my protein bowl, and then we get to the checkout. My mom asks “wait, did you ever put my chicken? I never saw you do that”. The guy replies “uhhh yeah I did, I definitely did, uhh wait did I?” At this point I was infuriated and told the dude sternly “Look dude I didn’t see you put the chicken, you only did my bowl, you’re getting it confused. She did NOT get her meat in the bowl.” So finally he goes put her chicken. I hope that nobody else goes through these kinds of experiences at this place, but Moe’s shouldn’t even be opened if this is the kind of garbage service you’re going to offer your customers there. I more than likely wont come back for a while unless something is done about teaching your employees respect and how to do basic things at their job.

I'm giving this place a one-star For the fact of the matter that when we went every employee was sitting down at a table laughing and giggling. But not only that but my boyfriend ordered a bowl and it was not even filled half way. This was my first time going and I will not be going back

Would recommend going to a dine in place, as eating here will cost the same or more and is not all that good. Pricing aside I found that the food was mediocre anyways and would only recommend if you wanted some different and have tried the most or all the other places in the area. The staff assembling the meals seemed friendly however the staffer running the register was far from friendly and was either having one hell of a bad day or truly dislikes his place of employment.

Good food. Build your own bowl, taco, burrito. North Bayou Cane location. Tasty food. First time trying it and drove by this place a few weeks ago. Nice place to stop for light lunch.

Sorry don't care for it. Messed up my stomach last time I ate there.

Food was fine, but prices are just too high for the amount of food you receive. $20 for 1 burrito meal that we split!

Good food about 98% of the time if you order in person. Moe’s gets a 2 star because if you are disabled like I am and can’t go in person your left relying on the app. Their employees apparently cannot understand the order as they come in because I have gotten a single order actually correct out of about 15+ orders placed in the last 3 months. My advice, if you cannot go in person, don’t bother because I won’t be anymore.

I got their tofu, because I love chipotle’s sofritas. I was impressed that it was cooked to order (I understand tofu may not be a popular choice) but it was plain, unflavored, and soft. If you prefer firm tofu that is similar to ground meat skip this one. The veggie options are delicious without.

It used to be better. I'm not sure what happened, but I find the food not as appealing as it once was here.
