HORRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered delivery at 8:30pm. I called at 9:30pm to see if my food was at least out for delivery, whoever picked up the phone had a nasty attitude & told me that my food will be out for delivery at 10pm. THEY CLOSE AT 10PM. So why will it be out for delivery an hour & a half later??? & when they are closed?? FOOD NEVER CAME!!! They should all go to jail for playing with people’s money that we work hard for! This place needs to be shut down!! I wish I can give no stars because even 1 is too much.

Horrible service, West Park location Houma, LA. made an order through the app waited over an hour and nothing was updating on the app ,then come to find out they just canceled my order for no reason whatsoever, yall really need to get a new staff because they're costing you guys serious money GET YOUR STORE TOGETHER this is unacceptable!!!!

Cashier was sitting at register when I walked in .She DID NOT get up to ring me up or did she count back my change to me .When my order was ready I said "thank you" she did not reply she just turned and walked away .I definitely felt unwelcome and felt like I was bothering her. This was Pizza Hut on West Park Ave. In Houma,La.on Wednesday March 2nd at approximately 11-11:30 am .Worst customer service experience I ever had.

She Told us chicken Alfredo pasta wasn't available because it w was s frozen yet the so called "melt " we ordered contents was cold . Seems as though management doesn't care because this place has been disorganized and below standards. What a shame.
