I've been several times now, and crawfish and shrimp are always perfectly seasoned and boiled. we love KB's! of you are looking for a place to go, you won't regret it!
Drive 20 miles about once a week and usually get the same thing: 1 very large piece of catfish (best around here), 1 fried pork chop (best in Parish) and 3 potato wedges (prefer unbattered) and very good, along with lemonade. Has good cracklins (not too much seasoning) and wonderful sausage to go. The employees are always cheerful and helpful. The customers are sometimes "colorful" and usually amuse me.
Everything here looks good. The fried catfish, shrimp pistolettes, crawfish pistolettes, and cracklins are outstanding. This is not a fancy place but the food makes it worth a stop.
