I'm posting a review for two separate occasions. 1st time was when they have to 2 different Italian burgers and I order them and the burgers were burnt to the point that you could smell it and was so hard. The fries looked like they were made out of cooking oil. And then had the nerve to over charge me. The second time tonight. I drove up at exactly 12:15 AM the manger is going to say on the intercom to pull up to the window without even taking our order. And then when we got to the window she is going to say our system is down and we are closing in two mins. So I drove off and parked in the parking lot to see what else might be open to witness. Not one not two but three other cars went through the drive thru place there order and got there food. WTH.

I was given opportunity to get the burger prepared any particular way that I would enjoy it along with the opportunity of take out or dine into the freshness of a regularly maintained in house setting. I asked for alot of onions being an onion fanatic. I was given at least a whole half of an onion.(Perfect). Now that's what I'm talking about. Service.Yep.The best. I rule. At BK. I had it my way.Parking: Parking was available and steadly available.

Man aye, they barely get business & they still get your order wrong or for get something close them down. This is not the first time they get something wrong… you order a Bacon Double Cheese Burger & bacon is in the name of the burger how you forget the bacon ??

I was there recently omg never again. Went back and got a refund. Fries taste as thou they were sitting all day then dropped in the grease to be heated. Burger was sloppy and cold. I ordered the large and got a regular fries. Tried calling to complain but nobody answered. Pulled up and they were sitting in the lobby with an empty parking lot. Worst Burger King Ever

This is the worst burger king that I have ever been to and I'm 58 years old. The service was poor the manager didn't know how to work the register, the drink come with no ice and the drink machine in the dining area did not work and they have no ice at this location. I will never go to this location ever again even the fries were horrible I could not even eat them.

This is BY FAR the worst Burger King I’ve ever eaten at. I went there and was given cold food. Turned around in the parking lot and returned the food and requested a refund. The manager called the police on me and my wife.

I went around 11:45pm and waited at the drive thru for awhile before ordering. I got to the window the lady handed me my drink and told me to pull up she would bring my food. I pulled up an waited for awhile before pulling into the parking area to wait some more. They’re were a few cars that had ordered and received there food so I wanted to know where my food was she than told me to pull around . I pulled around and there was a car blocking the drive thru so I proceeded to get out and get my food. She told me there was a glitch in the system and asked what my order was smh. I gave her my order again and asked if it was ready she told me yes and it wasn’t even ready. I then asked for a drink and some fries for my wait she frowned and went fix it. Overall the service was unprofessional and slow. I will never go back again.
