Super busy because of Mardi Gras but it is so worth it when you get that Amaretto Walnut king cake!!!! I pre-ordered online. The line was literally out of the door. Forgot to take a picture before I cut into it.

These King Cakes use to be my favorite, but we picked up 4 today and they are flat with barely any filling in them. I'm very disappointed and would give them a 2 star but they were so good in the past I had mercy on them. Lol The one I am eating now is very doughy Again, I am disappointed. This is the 2nd time this happens with them. Probably going to be looking for a new supplier.

The service at this Youngsville location is exceptional. Phones are answered in a friendly and attentive manner and I have never been placed on hold for more than a minute or two. The staff is "over-the-moon" friendly and courteous. I feel like a valued customer whenever I go into this location. The king cakes are fabulous and the service here makes them even better. The Shores understand Service Culture and how it resonates with customers. Kudos to the employees at Keller's in Youngsville!

I went there to get a cake ?. I understand about stopping for Mardi Gras. That's fine, I bought some cupcakes a package of 6, and they charge me individually for them $1.75 . They sell them together but charge me individually is it because of my color ? .

I live in Illinois vacationing in Louisiana at Margaritaville placed my order from Illinois for a Marine Corps birthday cake Victoria is the young lady who took my order I asked if they had cranes to go on the cake little did I know she went above and beyond and made all three of my Marine Sons day by purchasing crayons out of her own pocket and use their own time to make this Marine Mom very very happy as well as her Three Sons thank you Victoria thank you to Keller's Bakery I definitely know the next time I'm in Louisiana I will order again thank you again sincerely family from Illinois proud marine family
I was very disappointed my mom's birthday cake was dry, not fresh baked. I'm not the only one experience a dry cake,after speaking to friends and family.I use to love the cakes but not anymore. I hope they start baking fresh to order ,like they use too years ago.

?very disappointed messed up on a 11x12 anniversary cake.. yellow cake mix was ordered and the young lady used white cake mix ...messing up for everyone.....some people were upset because a white cake was never ordered in 18yrs of our business to them here @kellers bakery in youngsville.......not sure if we spoke to owner there(a man) spoke rude as hell saying we were not gonna get anything from them after spending $200.00 in one month with them on cakes.......very bad business and liars too.....since the black lady has retired ......nothing taste the same and their attitudes stink (bad for business) the black retiree has never ever made a mistake in 17 yrs of her taking my order of cakes and she has made every last one of em.......".I PAID A $100.00 A CAKE AND I DIDNT EVEN GET AN APOLOGY FOR THIER SCREW UP"called for owner on yesterday w/no return call from her as well......

MY DAUGHTER WAS HAPPY AND EVERYONE LOVED THE CAKE.THE STAFF HERE DESERVE CREDIT. THEY ARE VERY ATTENTIVE TO ALL CUSTOMERS.THEY GREET EVERYONE THAT WALKS THROUGH THE DOOR, REGARDLESS IF THEY ARE CURRENTLY ASSISTING A CUSTOMER.IF YOU ARE NOT SURE ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT, THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT PROBING AND MAKING SURE YOU GET WHAT YOU NEED.IF THEY GIVE YOU A TIME TO PICKUP, BET YOUR BOTTOM DOLLAR IT WILL BE READY AND NOT LATER!!!By the way, it always smells so lovely inside.
