Had problems before with door dash. I decided to use the chick fi la app. Was charged 22. and some change. Never received my order! Took over 25 mi s to get someone over.the phone only to find out my order had been canceled by there app. Was told that is happens all the time, yet I was still charged! The Chick fi la in Lake Charles has horrible attitudes and bad management!!! Now I must dispute the charge and my bank Insists that I cancel my card and get another one! So I go hungry all day and now I must go to the bank! What a joke this chuck fi la is.

Love the food and quickness of the drive thru. Don't really like that they have taken away so many parking spots for those people that might want to dine in.

Walking in around 8:50 pm, I frowned this was the worse ambiance I have ever seen in a Chick-fil-a. There was no greeting. The tables were dirty, sticky, and had left food particles. The cushions were ripped on the seat of the booths, the restrooms were not clean, and the floors in general were nasty. You felt dirty just standing. The customer service was not up to par. When you go to sit down, is when an employee acknowledges you to only state "excuse me ya'll haven't ordered." I respond no, I am about to order on the app. She then responds "we close at 9 pm."Mind you, we were in before 9pm because we went straight to the restroom. Since they didn't acknowledge us as customers when entered it wasn't relevant to the employee. The employee offered no other options like drive -thru or taking the order because we were already in before 9pm. The full experience was horrible.

Our food was missing our cheese for our sandwiches, and an order of mac & cheese.
The food was good and fresh as usual, and the store was cleanly and lively. The reason I’m giving a bad review is because they refused my $100 bill (even though they were busy and should have had change for it.) I also asked for extra sauce and they only gave me one singular sauce. It just sucks that I was unable to get all of what I initially ordered due to me only having $15 in small bills and the rest in larger denominations (100s.) I also did not see any signage saying they couldn’t take large bills, however I may have overlooked it. I just expected better service, especially from chick fil a.
I’m a DoorDash driver, and I never leave bad reviews, but today I experienced something at Chick-fil-A that I have never experienced. I walked in to get a DoorDash order and I had my stroller with me and My Baby and I went to the to go order section and the man that helped me was very nice, and he went to grab my order off the counter… The manager proceeds to walk up and throw a tray in the garbage and looked at me, and said “standing in front of the trashcan isn’t gonna make your food come out any faster.” I looked at him and said I know you’re lying… And he didn’t even apologize but the man who handed me my DoorDash order was apologizing for his manager! just because you’re having a bad day does not mean you can spread negativity around… If he would’ve just said, excuse me, then I would’ve moved out of his way with no problem and apologize for being in his way which I didn’t even know I was I’ve never been treated this way by manager especially not at Chick-fil-A… I called corporate office immediately when I got to my car which I never do And hopefully they can solve this problem because I would hate to see our Chick-fil-A go downhill over this manager disrespecting the customers and I hope that he is not treating all of the employees there horribly just like the customers because the employees are very kind and courteous.
