I ordered and paid ahead, and when I arrived to pick up, they told me they didn't have what I ordered! Why let me order it if you don't have it. She also mentioned that they haven't had it in a long while! I then substituted for something else because they don't (or don't know how) to issue a refund! Then, I waited and waited and waited for my order. 4 girls working behind the counter, and there was no urgency to get my order to me. Talking and visiting with other local customers instead of finishing my order. While waiting on my order, I ordered and paid for 4 extra biscuits. You guessed it...I DID NOT receive them! We are from Texas and was already back on the intersate home before realizing I didn't get everything I ordered! I wasn't going to turn around since I had already wasted 30 mins there! Final note, everything in my bag was COLD! (except the chicken sandwich that was covered in half a bottle of mayo!)

I was really disappointed in the quality of the chicken that I paid $29 for. It was very dark, if you over cook chicken, it turns hard and brown. The skin couldn't even be chewed. Out of a box of thighs and drums, maybe 2 pieces were decent. Would not give money back, said I waited too long to contact, when i was only 2 doors down at the Best Western Inn for vacation. The peppers had no juice in them, the biscuits out of 6 only 1 was soft enough to eat. No utensils were given. At least the drink I got was good.

Love there rolls, and the breast was very big and juicy way better than Popeye's, service was OK still better than Popeye's.
This place makes great chicken. Make sure you check everything on large orders. They seem to have trouble getting everything that you order in the first try.
Poor customer service, we stood in line more than 20 minutes and was never waited on so we finally left after being ignored. Cars was steady coming through the drive thru and being waited on while we were still standing there waiting for someone to turn around to the counter, all three workers that were in the front ignored us so we left right after another customer left. It also had other customers waiting more than 15 minutes for their order, the front counter workers act like they had attitudes and didn't want to be there.
Probably the worst speed of service at any fast food stop in Lake Charles. Facilities not upkept, and employees are not remotely friendly.
