The restaurant was clean, staff very friendly. Service was top notch. We ordered lunch and ice cream. Food came out quickly, hot, and orders were correct.The staff was conscientious about the quality of the food and our dining experience.
I go inside to place a order to go. I stood there for 5 minutes before anyone said anything to me. I finally was able to place my order. And I waited for 32 minutes for my order. But drivethur was going smooth. So I do not recommend to order inside. Do drive-thru it will be much faster. They don't care about in store customers!!

Ordered a cake online for pick up Sunday, Jan 21st at 12pm. Got to the store no one knew about the order. An employee called a supervisor to inquire if they knew about my cake order. She stated, "I'm not even supposed to be working. This is ridiculous". Needless to say my cake was not ready. In fact, a supervisor walked in and she explained to him that we were looking for my order. He stated something like, "I just took over this store and haven't even been given a log in to receive web orders". He eventually came back to tell me he could make the cake that they had and preceded to tell me he's not a cake decorator. And it would be a different price than the online price and preceeded to look in the register for the store price. Basically stating if I would want the cake he himself would decorate I'd have to pay more for it even though my order wasn't ready in the first place. Not even offering to give me one of the cakes already made in the lobby freezer for the same price as the online ordered cake or a discount or anything. It was like this was an inconvenience for them. The fact of the matter is none of these lack of business practices were any concern of mine. I just wanted a cake and the situation was not made right or attempted to be made right for the customer. Like I'm gonna pay more for a cake. At that point I told him nevermind to forget about it.What makes the matter worse is the fact I called Friday to see if my cake could be ready for Sat. So it wasn't the fist time the store heard about my order.VERY poor customer service.
The service was a bit slow but everything was great. From the food to the atmosphere. Couldnt help but have good vibes whenever we was serviced at this dairy queen. Was a perfect place to enjoy a nice treat with the family.

We love Dairy Queen but tonight was horrible. They were not busy at all and we had to wait forever for the hamburgers, which were cold and thrown together when we finally got our order The cashier, and whoever took the order, were rude also. They need to go to the Dequincy Dairy Queen and learn how to cook and treat people.
I asked for a slushie the lady huffed & said “the slush machine been broke for 6mos now.?” i was like oop- , okay. she was just rude, no professionalism what so EVER. so i just got a burger & fry, & this is what my burger looked like.? who doesn’t put ketchup or onions on a burger?0/10 would NOT recommend.

Absolutely almost the worst customer service ever and it almost all came from the tall manager she was rude and very loud and disrespectful to her employees! She walked right in front of us and had not even taken the time to great us or say it would be a minute before we had our order taken! I watched Me Nacho take trash from both bathrooms and dining room before he so kindly helped and checked on us ! He and the other young employees were berated in front of us by her! It was around 8 pm Monday evening so I know everyone is tired but Ma’am if you can’t lead your team it’s time to quit! I think Mr Nacho needs a promotion as he never complained and said yes ma’am the entire time!

I loved every other Dairy Queen but this one. This girl with the glasses had a sassy attitude and the steak fingers were fried stuck together so the batter wasn’t completely cooked and they just threw a few mushy fries in the box.

girl in drive thru was rude and when did Dairy Queen stop serving Texas Toast with their chicken finger baskets? That has always made them stand out over competitors. I'm so sad to say this because I've always loved their food. I was very dissatisfied with the food quality and service.
