Izzo's Illegal Burrito - Lake Charles

The Staff is helpful and friendly! I brought my lil brothers through to get a real burrito! One just wanted chips and the other wanted a "Misdemeanor". The dude fixing his burrito walked him through all the fresh ingredients and meats. This was his first time getting his own custom burrito Subway style. The ? s were awesome as usual. I love izzos, but the rice is undercooked and hard 90% of the time. This is the only Izzo’s I’ve been too where it’s so hard to just cook the rice properly or keep it fresh :/

Everytime I've went the store is dirty. Dishes and stuff laying around behind the counter. The food was all mixed together being if you want lettuce you might get onions and pico with your lettuce. The steak i got had alot of gristle in it luckily I dont mine a little but my wife would have been upset had she got steak instead of chicken. Other than this the food wasn't completely terrible.
