Waited on a door dash order for over 30 minutes… went inside and employees were just hanging out and laughing it up. Was told “we’re” still working on it after waiting for 30+ minutes. It was two 4 piece combos. I can see why this location gets so many low reviews. Terrible location, and really slow workers don’t even bother wasting your time or money here waiting for food here. Definitely not worth it. -5 stars for me.

Placed an online order, got it cold the food was old, the lil girl with the snaggle tooth was rude and rushing us at the window. They gave us all old chicken old Potatoes and sour macaroni.. just sad and the guy with the perm like James brown knew that food was old

Horrible service she couldn’t even get my order right gave me coleslaw instead of mashed potatoes filled up my drink up to the top with ice and barely had any soda I will never come back here hope you guys don’t either

Went there today and there was one person ahead of me. She said she had been waiting about 10 minutes and still hadn’t been waited on. She left. I waited around for a little while and nobody ever waited on me. I was hungry for fried chicken and ended up going to Popeye’s.

Love the food but went through drive through asked to go around front to get food. after 25 minutes and multiple customers came and went I went inside to get my food. Last time I will go to KFC on Ryan Street lake charles La.

I came on an asap order right off they said this is a special order like it was a problem then I said how long they said 20 mins it's now been 30+ mins and counting hope I don't die of old age here.

Is always only one person cooking at one person working the register every time I've went... Which gives an environment for your food to just be thrown together and not consistent one of my chicken wraps I have always been cold other hot...Some of the chicken cold some of the chicken hot in the bucket... Not sure how they consistently do half cold half hot food
Terrible location. Waited 30 minutes for a three piece original recipe. Came to the truck multiple times to confirm order and apologize they gave my order to someone else. When I finally got my order, I rushed off to work to eat my three piece order to only find two pieces... $5.00 per piece.

I hate to write this poor review because I usually have great experiences with KFC, but today was awful. There was a 25 minute wait for a famous bowl, and I was shorted a side. When I got to eat, the potatoes were runny, and the chicken was soft (like if you heat up a microwave version of the meal). Maybe they were short staffed, but it was not a great experience. Don't plan on a quick visit during 11am-12pm.

I have NEVER in my life tasted the MOST disgusting chicken. I couldn’t taste the chicken for the salt. My family and I will never eat there again. We threw the rest of the chicken in the trash and went to Churches chicken. ???

Only 3 employees working and no one in the front. The cook came to forward just to said they don't have tenders. 10 mi uses later someone came and took our order. And the best nobody in front of us, no line.
