This restaurant is by far the best kept secret in Lake Charles and I'm so fortunate to work in the same building where they're located. Liz Fuselier has the best salads with fabulous homemade dressings. Her sandwiches are fresh and made to order. I love when she offers “specials†because you know it's going to be something your taste buds will love. In addition to serving breakfast and lunch, she offers various flavors of Oils and Vinegars which she has you taste prior to purchasing. Everyone should give her food and her products a try...I promise you will not be sorry.

Just had the healthiest chicken salad! Made with yogurt instead of mayo, it was just perfect. Sitting on a bed of greens, the chicken salad was plentiful with nice chunks of roasted chicken. A wonderful lunch for someone wanting to eat healthy or someone on a diet.

Bought the White Peach Balsamic Vinegar. It's taste amazing on salad! My husband and I ate the most delicious blueberry salad with little tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Very wonderful healthy Lenten meal with fabulous customer service.

Bought the coconut/lime balsamic vinegar. Sliced tomatoes and mozzarella and put some of the vinegar on it with a little salt. Yummy! Lots of flavor in the vinegar.
