just ordered a berry keto from ryan st. i've had these numerous times. This one is horendous!! i don't think its been near a berry. First time i had to throw one out. whoever made it needs to be retrained.

Great place do recommend!!! But Not sure if the lil guy name is Taylor or Tylor he said it but I couldn't really hear him but anyways very RUDE!!! so rude I wanted to just ask for a refund and leave!!!!! I asked about the fruit???? ? and he caught a attitude and another lady had to step in to help..... another lil girl was standing behind him I assume waiting to get by and he talks crazy to her poor girl we as embarrassed and I was for her as well ? He definitely needs to work in the back by himself because his customer service was HORRIBLE 2 days in a row !!! He has to be a Manager ?? talking like that? not to mention he made me the wrong thing

Got lucky this morning with my last minute pre work trip to Smoothie King! Pulled up - no line- Crystal was so nice, excellent customer service, and my smoothie is delicious and was made very quickly!

Staff is always friendly. The drive thru takes a little bit to get up to the window though if there's a fee cars in line. I enjoy using the app and the free size upgrade on fridays!

I am allergic to tree nuts and I told the person at the window, I requested a hulk with no butter pecan ice cream and they 100% put it in there, I had a severe allergic reaction and called and spoke to the manager, she told me on my next visit I could have a complementary smoothie. So about 1 month later I went back and the guy at the window told me I HAD TO HAVE THE MANAGERS NAME which I was never told when I spoke to the manager. So I left empty handed and the whole company of smoothies has lost my business indefinitely.
