I love this location due to being open early. Only issue i have is when i order a hot coffee it's half full of whip cream even though i tell them easy or none. Lets give a full cup not a partial cup. That's unacceptable to do that with paying

I just stopped and got a blonde roast, they fresh brewed it for me, and Sam, the young lady working the counter was absolutely friendly and made me feel like I was at home. She is the perfect representation of your company! That girl deserves a raise!!!

6pm, 2 customers and 3 employees - i waited several minutes to be served. I asked for a coffee with cream, and he wanted to charge me 70c extra. I’ve ordered hundreds of cups of coffee with cream and don’t get charged extra. What made me write this review, however, was that he didn’t act like my satisfaction was at all important. I left without my coffee.

Always enjoy the aroma of coffee!Friendly staff and my drink came as ordered. Delicious!
I order either coffee or Americano. This is the most convenient Starbucks location for my commute but this location gets it right about half the time at best. The coffee is either not hot, loaded with coffee grounds, or tastes like its been on the burner too long, or the drink I get is not coffee at all. There are a few nice folks here that do thier best at customer service but the overal team and leadership must be broken. Going to be going to Starbucks on Ryan for awhile. If that fails, I may even have to make my own...Oh, I should add that the few times I have gone in to ask for a hot coffee, the fellas who apparently are in charge of the brew coffee have gotten a little surly which is never pleasant. Makes me feel like Im on the verge of going Michael Douglas in that move called Falling Down.
So about 15 minutes after I ordered my drink they let people walking in Know that it would be a 30 minute wait for drinks? Lol. There are 5 people on the floor right not so I’m not sure the issue. I worked at Starbucks for 6 years. 2 years in Lacey WA and 4 years in very busy Orlando FL. This is not understaffed and this wait time is absolutely unreasonable lmao.

Only two cars in front of us and we waited 35 minutes for two drinks. They tried making multiple orders at once making us wait while we watched our drinks melt on the counter. No one acknowledged us while waiting at the window.

Very unorganized. Had one girl making all the juice drinks & she was backed up and another employee kept moving her tickets around. We waited 25 minutes for 1 drink when we watched people come & go. We asked twice about our drink and the cashier told us both times it's coming up, without even checking.
