Fantastic food and service! We sat and ate at the bar, Jonathon our bartender was outstanding and the people who cooked our food did an outstanding job also. Everything we ate was fresh and prepared perfectly. As we ate I watched the entire staff work like a fine tuned machine and everyone appeared to have a great attitude even though the restaurant was at full capacity.

Service was great. There were 4 of us, I had the filet and it melted in my mouth. Everyone's food was very good. Loved the baked potato with the salted skin. The rolls were hard to quit eating. The peanuts were a nice touch.

I don't care for the loud music. When I go out to dinner I like soft music or no music. That's just me, though. I am sure the majority likes it because it was packed. We had to wait 25 minutes to be seated.

Our waiter was excellent serving 10 people, was a big job . Everything was great, service was great waiter was great.
We love coming to Texas road house but haven’t been to the one in lake Charles in awhile. We go to Alexandria more.Everything went smooth and great aside from the fact that whoever is cooking steak don’t know how to. I ordered a medium well steak and my husband ordered medium rare steak.My steak came out medium rare and his came out without any striations, it was completely rare.So my husband took my steak and they ordered me a new one. The same thing happened after waiting the whole dinner for my steak to come back. A medium rare steak came out to me. Thankfully the manager was so sweet and took it off our bill. Aside from the fact that i am pregnant and emotional so i cried about it (lol) everything went well. Just wish i got to eat more than potatoes and rolls for dinner…

Sorry to say they get the racist card from me do to me getting a text for them that my table was ready so we go inside and they take everyone but us and a family of five that got there 20 mins after I Ask Why girl said she know look at me crazy and then try to put us by the restroom didnt let that happen but waitress was greatKid-friendliness: Kids did get color sheets

The wait time was unreal. We did an online reservation and checked in a few minutes early only to wait almost a hour and 45 minutes to eat. If it wasn't already so late and if we hadn't already wasted so much time,we would have left and went somewhere else for dinner.
