They shut down the play place 25 minutes before they close for “cleaning”. Cleaning which took 4 minutes and could have easily been done after they closed and all the kids left the building. That play area is the only reason I bring my family there. The management also made the atmosphere very uncomfortable as the closing time approached. I was not expecting to be made to feel that unwelcome during what is their operating hours. I should also note that we were just one of three families with kids who all experienced the same thing.

This place is great. Employees are courteous, friendly, fast and helpful. Food is always good, comes out quickly and accurate. (Just don't expect much from the tomatoes! They are usually green, hard and have a giant stem in the middle that cuts your throat on the way down, lol). Also love the app! Makes my life easier. ??
Vegetarian options: You can get any salad vegetarian style as well as many other sides and entrees that are meatless.
Dietary restrictions: This place is a good stop if you are on a sodium or cholesterol restricted diet. Many options with less salt than other fast food places as well as through substitutions. They also don't mind making fries without salt which clocks them at only 35 mgs of sodium for a medium size waffle fries!
The worst experience! I ordered ahead and paid for my order in advance! I waited OVER 20 mins!!! Than got moved up to wait more! And not to mention they made me late to work. ?

Food was great, service was also excellent. The only reason I had to knock it down was that the employees were blaring rap music at the food pickup area. I had two small children in the backseat that could hear the profanity in the music clear as day. At least play something censored at a restaurant that is frequented by children.

It's Chick-fil-A for heavens sake, the foods good, the place runs like a well oiled machine, and the people are so happy to see you I think they have a mayonnaise jar of Xanax behind the counter and they're eating them by the handful!
