Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Went into the restaurant around 11:30 on Sunday. We were the only ones inside. Drive thru had 3 cars. Saw at least 5 employees and waited for almost 10 minutes with no one acknowledging we were even there. We decided to go somewhere else to eat Hope they take better care of other customers. Based on other reviews, it looks like they could care less about us.

Fried chicken. Sometimes you have to wait and sometimes you don't when using the drive thru. Moderate parking in the rear.

Been two times in the last year and both times waited for 30+ minutes in the drive through. My husband had time to walk to the rouses and buy some things and walk back to the car and we barely moved.

Never order here if you can. Order from 59 Popeyes or Covington Popeyes if you can. They only take one order at a time and it takes over an hour from the time of ordering on mobile. I've had two abysmal visits, and this one was an accident in the app. Obviously after 45 minutes of sitting in the drive thru, the mobile order was cold. They have everyone wait at the box. Probably trying to game drive thru time numbers.

It is not what it used to be. People with attitudes, too. Chicken pieces are small, and so are the side items. I guess time has changed and the quality of food doesn't matter to the owner perhaps. My opinion, of course, but you don't get what you pay for anymore. $ $

Hmmm Best on the north shore. For reasons you have to try. Hidden gem.

Worst Popeyes ever. Got my order, missing half of it. Biscuits are wayyy overdone. Ordered boneless wings and got bone in with the wrong sauce on both. Not to mention it took 20 minutes to get my order that I ordered online. Then 10 more because they forgot what was supposed to be my boneless wings. If this Popeyes wasn’t in the spot it was in it would be 86’d.

Messed up the order remade and messed up again. Quality of the food is poor. It appears very old like it’s been sitting for awhile. The beans were filled up half way with barely any beans or sauce mostly rice. Biscuits are hockey pucks and the chicken was not hot.

You can always count on Popeyes to give consistent flavor. Customer service- not so much, but overall, it's bout the chicken!! Crispy, hot and good
