First time here. And it was extraordinary! Was traveling for business and invited out by the people I was with. Parking is easy, get reservations early, and the atmosphere is what you want. People are there to enjoy the food without it being loud.

Love this restaurant for special occasions as well as out of town guest! Offers great choices in steak, Italian as well as fresh New Orleans seafood! Service and staff are professionals and very helpful! My favorite is the trout almandine and beet salad.

I have become quite a regular here. The filet is beyond amazing especially with the steak fries. The staff has always been really great (shout out to Dustin Damon and Mark). I have never honestly had an issue here. I tell everyone I know that this is the best place to get a steak or a nice romantic dinner. I have sent many couples here and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work!
Came here as part of a work event and the food was delicious! Crab was was amazing and the gumbo was yummy too. Definitely recommend.

My honey surprised me with a delicious dinner on Valentine’s Day. Everything was so good. I ordered the 16 ounce ribeye and the creamed spinach. He ordered the filet and twice baked potatoes. I can’t wait to eat there again.

As soon as we walked through the door we were pleased with the beauty and ambiance of Austin’s. We had a reservation at 5 and were seated right away. The chocolate martini was among the best that I’ve had. I had the seafood grilled plate which was very good with a substantial portion of food. My fork went through the scallops like going through soft butter. My boyfriend’s crab salad was filled with chunks of crab. There was no skimping with the amount of crab. Chris was our server and was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He was very attentive. This was our first time to eat at Austin’s and we are already talking about going back. This restaurant is on point in every way. Keep doing what you’re doing Mr. Ed. because it works.

Had dinner here for a work event so I didn't get time to take any pictures. It has been a while since I've been here but it is still a nice set up. Service was quick and responsive. My only complaint about the service was when the server brought our plates he passed from across the round table rather than coming beside the recipient to serve. Drinks were good but maraschino cherries in an old fashion? Food was good and served warm. Dessert portion was a 1X1 square of bread pudding which I found odd but just enough. I am not sure if I would really want to go back on my own. Nothing exciting.

Totally disappointing experience. Sat at the bar on Valentine's Day. The place was clearly understaffed or over booked. Took a look at the Valentine's Day special menu. They were charging well above menu price for the same dish. I guess they were hoping you wouldn't look at the actual menu. My wife ordered from the "special" menu since it was a dish not served on the regular menu(fish with BBQ shrimp.... Also meh). I ordered a Surf and Turf, seeing as it is a steak and seafood place. Not only was mine cold but the stuffing on the lobster was primarily bread. I could go on about giving me the wrong drink, completely forgetting we ordered turtle soup, and the fact that the manager was our bartender/server and complained loudly with other staff about how he's supposed to be off today. It was just a big turn of. Not worth the money or time.
