RONNIE I LOVE U! Our experience was phenomenal. My family and I went for lunch and got so so so much more thanks to this gem. The food was great (étouffée, seafood salad, seafood platter, seafood spin dip!) And, Ronnie's the star of the show. He was extremely patient with us and even taught me how to introduce myself in ASL! As always, do you, not me. And, I'd go see Ronnie <3 LEARN ASL IT'S LOTS OF FUN!

The bartender and cold beer was the best thing about this place. The food was not good. Frozen pre-battered shrimp was not good. Stuffed shrimp was tangy and sour. Had to send it back. This place was pretty good back in the day. Those days are gone. Tillman Fertitta would be ashamed if he ate here. Hamburger, fries, and ranch dressing was good. If you have to eat here, get the burger.

We went to eat a little before 4pm. The restaurant wasn’t busy, so we got sat immediately. We were sitting there for 20 minutes and no one had greeted us. There were several servers or bussers who saw us, but were helping other tables. We were ignored the whole time. We’ve been to this location several times and it usually takes a while to get drinks, but otherwise the service was good. We ended up walking out, overall, a horrible experience.

Went to Dons last night for my son's 17th birthday and our main entrees were horrible! It was 14 of us and the food and everybody had the same experienice. The food very expensive with extremely small portions. The seafood platter had 5 shrimps, 2 oysters, 2 corn fritters, 3 very small pieces of what was supposed to be catfish for $24. The stuffed catfish and had no flavor. I can go on and on. The service was also horrible. We had two servers the guy acted like he didn't want to be there and wasn't friendly at all. However, the female was more engaging and friendly. We all were very disappointed with the food and the service.
Things have gotten expensive there now. I mean it was spendy before but now it's pretty expensive. Still good good though!!!Parking: Easy parkingKid-friendliness: It really depends on your child's appetite lol. Reservation was for 7:45pm we arrived early and we sat immediately once the order was placed and food arrived I was ready to go. Food was not good at all and over priced for the quality.

if I could, I would give it a zero the food is nasty and it taste like donkey Poo. I don't know who made it or why, but I do not remember.not recommend. i couldn't even enjoy my gumbo, my party couldn't enjoy there food, other then that they have great service and nice people. AND MY MAMA STUCK WIH HAVING TO PAY !! R U SERIOUS?

The food tastes burnt. The burger was dry. My companion was nearly done with his drink when he noticed his glass had lipstick on it.Do yourself a favor and don't bother.
