Did a mobile order, and i got there. After 10 minutes, they made me sit at the speaker before even getting my order. Then i sat at the first window for 3 minutes, waiting for my receipt on a prepaid order. Then i sat there another 5 minutes waiting for my food on again a mobile order i made well before going there there was only 2 other people in line the whole time i was there.

Rude, incompetent staff/Mgr. Aggressive to customers. Uninviting atmosphere starting from the moment customer enters location. A complete overhaul refresher training would vastly benefit this franchise.

just lazy ! i pulled up to just get a simple icecream cone about 15 minutes before close. i sat at the speaker for about 5 minutes before pulling around the window. as i pull up to the window i literally saw the cashier run away to the back. no one ever came and by the time 11pm came i just drove off because i know they would try to hit me with that “we’re closed” after hiding until close i’m sure y’all are. just sloppy and lazy!
