Had a really great breakfast burrito here while traveling. Very good and well worth the money. Huge portions! I was stuffed.

The prices at the drive thru are not the same as online. This is a sure way of losing business.

This was my first time eating at Perks and most likely my last. When I got to the window, the cost of my meal was $8 more than what the online and drive-through menu reflected. I’m all for raising prices to keep up with the current economy but you sure should have that reflected on your menus. If you can’t afford to fix your signage, you shouldn’t be in business. Food was mediocre.. a blt wrap and some soup for $22.50 …. Not worth it

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Metairie, but I went this morning (Tuesday morning at 9:30) and after waiting for 10 minutes for an employee to take my order, I ordered a single chicken sandwich & that was it. I waited for 20 minutes before going back up to the counter since I never wait that long, and everyone else in the dining room had their food. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone even looked at me & then the worker just told me that my food was almost ready and walked away with no explanation or apology. I have been to this coffee shop at least 30 times and I have never received such poor service from here before. It seems like now all the employees' attention is only on drive thru & those who go to dine in are invisible. Btw, in addition to this, they haven't been able to serve one of their more popular drinks, the perkaccino, the last 6 or 7 times I came in bc they don't have ice cream. I am pretty understanding of how stressful it is to work in food service & I can give grace, but waiting 40+ minutes for a sandwich in between a workout and going to work isn't something I'll ever do again. Anyone have recommendations for a new favorite coffee shop?

This was my first time at perks and it was great. Inside was super clean and everyone who works there was very friendly. The food was just very good and for a very good price, you will probably need some salt, pepper, and hot sauce because it is pretty plain jane. The grits were actually some of the best I've ever had they weren't chunky or too watery, they were a perfect consistency and tasted buttery as well. I can't say anything about their coffee, but my friend got an iced coffee and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was.

The service here was immaculate. The staff here makes the experience so relaxing and enjoyable especially Ethan. Ethan made sure we could relax and start our day with a delectable cup of coffee. He delivered our coffee to our table and even though the straws are out for us to get, he got them for us. He also went out of the way to grab us a spoon for our grits so that we would not have to pause our conversation and get up from our table. I will definitely be coming back here and I hope to see Ethan again.

So good to be home for Mardi Gras, but life is about balance. No parade today, just doing laundry. So we ran by my fav Perks for a coffee. The service is friendly at the window or inside and they're always adding cool seasonal things to the menu. Pleasantly surprised to switch our usual--the delicious honeysuckle latte for the seasonally appropriate King Cake Latte. The coffee is alw strong here so that part was yummy and the king cake flavor came through nicely. I added some Gambino's Rum Cream when I got home; but that's just because I'm fancy. "Laissez bon temps roulez baby!"

Prices charges are not as displayed on menu and overhead display. When I questioned about the $6 coffee charge but menu has $4 they said they don't post the correct prices, you have to ask! Good food but shady practice.

Two issues. 1. I ordered a medium coffee and chickory. The board said it was $2.35. the young lady told me that would be $3.40. When I asked how it went from $2.35 to $3.40 she simply said the board prices needed to be updated... like that was a good answer. I mean it's only a 40% higher price! 2. It gets worse. After paying for the coffee I went to put sweetener and Half And half in the coffee. There wasn't any half and half, milk or cream out... and nothing to stir the sweetener. This was absolutely the worst coffee shop experience I have ever had. Needless to say I won't be going back and suggest you avoid them like the plague.

Cute spot like a cafe coffee bar. Very clean and modern looking. Looks like a new buildout. I had an omelet with cheese, ham, onions, and spinach with toast. My wife had the hash bowl loaded. She really enjoyed it and wants to go back. Service was not bad.

Loyal customer here. Stop charging us for using a credit card. That's the cost of doing business. You are not selling credit card processing fee; you are selling food. If your business model includes passing your cc processing fees to your customers, you need to stop taking credit cards. The card we use is how you make money. And now I have to pay for that. You are not sharing profits with me so stop making me pay for your internal business fees.

Their food is delicious - but pricing can be pretty high & is not always advertised accurately. When a sandwich costs almost $20, thats usually a no for me. Their employees are nice & vibes are chill, but until the price comes down, I likely won't be visiting this cafe often

Place was nice and clean. Employee was friendly. What I originally wanted was not available, so I decided on the Frappe. You can tell a lot of ice is used to blend because after a few sips I was left with a cup of frozen ice. I paid $6 for a small. Kind of a waste of money. First and last time going there.

The coffee flavors and smoothies have a good flavor but the price doesn't match the experience. The drive thru workers were quick and nice so not bad service. When Perks first opened they advertised fun silly bendy straws and i havent been in a while and was excited to have an unusual straw which never came. it was a regular plastic straw. Order was way too expensive for two drinks. sandwhich, and a croissant for something that gave the chain coffee experience

Drove through looking at the seasonal coffee options, which were not posted anywhere on the menu. I asked if there was an apple coffee, as to which the lady on the speaker said "yes, an apple Chai latte". I ordered it, though I felt rushed. The drink that I received was NOT a coffee, but was a tea. Thoroughly disappointed, and upset that it wasn't what I asked for, and it was money tossed out the window. I will not return to this location. If you're in Gulfport, MS, however, their Perks Coffee is always a delight to go to.
