Our waiter Ian was the best! Everything was perfect for our anniversary!!
I had reservations and was seated in a timely manner. The food came out at the right temperatures and was excellent. I go her before any of the Pelicans or Saints games with my son. Absolutely incredible.
Christopher was amazing! Master of the craft! Front desk staff were excellent!!!
The service was very good and nice. Mostly the food was good, nothing super unique or special. I had to send my steak back because it was very under (order med rare) and of course when you do that you get leather back. Desserts and coffee were good. Overall the experience was fine, just not worth the money anymore in my opinion. Care, personal experience, and details have disappeared in Metairie, anyway. The allure is lost.
Great experience our server was awesome and absolutely the best. Energetic and making sure we had the best experience possible. Food was delicious and perfectly served with a great smile. The only negative experience we had was I asked for a booth and we were seated at a bench or half booth table with chairs.
PETER WAS FANTASTIC! HE TOOK CARE OF MY WIFE & I ON MY BIRTHDAY. HE REALLY MADE OUR NIGHT SPECIAL.
There were 3 of us for a belated bday lunch, we chose Ruth Chris partly for their advertised Valet parking due to 2 of the 3 ladies are on walkers. We arrive & find out NO Valet for lunchtime!!! We all ordered the shrimp & filet lunch special, one was ordered Medium, pink in the middle & arrived well done! As our waiter was taking it back he was also taking back a steak from the table next to us & said, âWe have a new grill chef & heâs been messing upâ! He left the spinach to get cold while returning with another steak & extra shrimp to make up for the problem. This steak was chewy as were one of the others at our table & all 3 had No taste at all. As we were leaving I told that to our waiter & his reply wasâ¦âI had one like that last week!â This is a high end STEAKHOUSE there shouldnât be tasteless, chewy, over cooked steaks ever. Never again to the Metairie locationâ¼ï¸
Good and service was excellent
Made a 7:15 reservation online and didnât get called until 8:00. We chose to sit at the bar instead and had a very pleasant experience with the bar staff and were able to catch the Pelicans win at the same time. Would totally choose to sit in bar area rather than wait unnecessarily while having made a reservation for a table. Itâs good food but one can find good food in New Orleans at many other places that donât make you wait an hour with a reservation.
Food was average. Steak was a little chewy, not melt in your mouth like the price would indicate. Server was great, forgot lemons and refills were a little slow. Sweet potato casserole was prepared the day before and reheated. Crab cakes were exceptional.
Everything was great!
Service was excellent and the food was out of this world. thanks
