The food, service and atmosphere were awesome. James (our waiter) gave us some good recommendations. I ordered the crab cakes (appetizer), Cowboy Ribeye (entree) and my wife and I shared the Lobster Mac n Cheese. We both absolutely loved the crab cakes and the lobster mac.

I Live in New Orleans Closer to the Old Broad St Location, and Remember Mrs.Ruth Fertel. She Was A Very Very Nice Lady , I Met Her Twice on Broad and Orleans.. My husband made reservations here for my birthday. Everything was perfect from the greeting we received upon entering the establishment to the service we received from our waiter, James McCoy. He was amazing. James was very personable from start to finish with dish recommendations and making sure we enjoyed what we ordered. I would definitely come back and ask for James.
I went to Ruth's Chris steakhouse me, and my mom to celebrate her 87th. year birthday.When we walk in the door, the hostess says let me go and check to see if your table is ready.Then a waitress comes back with the hostess, and tells her give them to the other waitress.I'm like okay that was rude, and unprofessional.Even though I had reservations, it felt like they were totally unprepared for my arrival.Unlike last time, the table was not decorated with happy birthday. Even my mama noticed, and mention it wasn't the same as last time.Don't get me wrong we had a great waitress, that made sure I drinks were full, and the food was good. My hat's off to the chef!But even when ordering, our waitress says we no longer have the two can dine stake, that we would have to order separate steaks.Our waitress was very good, and so sweet, it wasn't her fault. Thank you!The dining room was so dark, I had to use the light on my cell phone to read the menu, and pay the bill. And I can tell you, I wasn't the only one LOL.
