Pas excellence as they say in Malawi a part of the British Empire. Introduced to your exquisite establishment by a cricketing friend who is a policeman with the New Orleans Police Dept. The cuisine was of the highest order and service second to none by a charming lady who avoided ending sentences on a preposition. Most certainly will come again to which sir I have the honour to remain your obedient servant.

Best breakfast in the french market. The chicken and waffles rivals any I have had. Service and attitude is stellar. I love these guys. A must visit everytime I'm back home.

The wait staff was borderline rude. The food was nothing like what me and my friend’s ordered. I ordered hot chocolate and it might as well have been chocolate milk. There was no heat to it at all. The food was horrible and the waiter messed up all of the orders.

The one place we found breakfast food and it did not disappoint, even though we loved the seafood, breakfast was a vital part of our day. The service is absolutely amazing and food was better!

Hands down, best Crawfish Monica I've ever had! Roast beef debris fries....OMG! You have to eat here. We didn't have the waffles and chicken but boy did they look good going by!

Great comfort food. Patty Melt, Debris fries and chicken and waffle was fantastic. Corn crab soup was good but not the best in NOLA. Service was excellent. No place for a vegan.

The waiter robbed us. The food was good, but the service was terrible. Then at the end when our party was waiting to use the locked, disgusting bathrooms, the waiter came over to us and said we were $20 short of our bill. This was completely untrue, but he persisted that we needed to pay more. We ended up having to give him an extra $20 just so we could leave. Do not go here or you will be robbed.

Since been in NOLA I've had chicken couple times. And each time when it comes out i always say that's dry. This was no different. However let me tell you this place has the very best chicken yet. Super tender and moist and perfect with the waffles. I do not do chicken and waffles at home. But today I am glad I did it. So good and hard to not finish it all. Hard to leave the last half piece of chicken on the plate lol The service is on point. And the folks are really kind. Great breakfast and lunch place. During the week the are open accordingly to the flow of business so they may close early. They are located across from the The French market flea market. With the 50's music playing in the air. You will leave here full, happy and bopping to some tune you heard 5 thumbs up

I got breakfast by the French Market. A diner called Belles. It looks like a 50s style place. It was only missing the Fonz. Anyway, breakfast was good . Seafood Omelette and 2 crab cakes, pictured below

Cool 50s themed diner decked out with Tiffany Blue stools and 50's music. Got my first introduction to "Lost Bread" or Traditional New Orleans French Toast. Our server was full of personality and things were fairly priced. I would certainly go back again.

Came here 5 years ago and the food was great. Not the case this time. Ordered the chicken tender platter and a burger. The platter came with chicken, fries, coleslaw, and a piece of bread. The chicken was fantastic. I would've rather had just a plate of chicken. It was fresh, crispy, and juicy. The only good part of the meal. The fries had been sitting under the heat lamp the entire time the other part of the meal was being prepped. They were cold, dry, and salty. I don't eat coleslaw but I tried it. I think if you like coleslaw you'd be okay with theirs. I do not like when food touches, especially wet food with fries. Whatever fries touched the coleslaw were ruined because it made them soggy. The bread served with it is pointless because it's not toasted and it's just buttered a little bit. Make it garlic bread and toast it. Put it on top after so it's not covered by everything else on the plate. The burger had an odd sweet taste to it. Idk if it was the seasoning or what. Cooked fine and was juicy. Pricey. Service was great.
