Unbelievable! I order from here every week and on my last order the food was flipped upside down and the driver told me that Jessica from Cleo’s told her please don’t tell him I dropped his food and it fell out the bag. Then I called and she had the audacity to tell me there’s nothing we can do about it.

I used to work at a Lebanese restaurant in Seattle so maybe I'm spoiled but one of my Favorite foods is Chicken Shawarma pita wraps. I went here from word of mouth so maybe it was an off day for the place but unfortunately for me my Shawarma wrap was way below expectation and the hype. The chicken was extremely dry, there was A LOT of it though so there's that? Might have been what made it hard to swallow but the Taziki was also super dry, paste like, and there were no tomatoes and light lettuce. Plus for $12 bucks it was kinda small, like 6" long, maybe if it came with a pop it would have been more satisfying but I was on the run and figured it had tomatoes and Taziki, but it was SO dry I couldn't eat it while walking! I had to wait till later and later wasn't much better. I don't know what to tell you guys, but this was a disappointment to me and I had wished I gotten a shrimp poboy instead down the road.

Corner convenience store with freshly prepared food to go. A bit of a wait so call in if you can. Good place to grab something to take back to hotel or eat on the street.

The food was okay, shrimp were slightly overcooked and it was cold when I finally got it. I would not have reviewed this place at all were it not for the absolutely horrible service I received. I ordered online to save time as I had to pick my daughter up at the airport. I had already paid and just needed to pick up my order. I was second in line, when it was my turn at the counter a young man walked in and the young lady working behind the counter apparently knew him. Instead of helping me she tended to him. Very friendly towards him and rang up his order along with small talk took a good while. Whatever, no problem, rude but not the end of the world. Then he couldn't decide what blunt wrap he wanted and argued about not being able to pay with a credit card for less than 5 dollars. FINALLY he was done. Then another man walked in, and despite me standing right in front of her she again skipped over me and warmly welcomed this new man, got him his pick up order and rang him up. Now I was getting annoyed, she continually looked straight at me. What happened next was WAY OUT OF LINE. She called to the man standing behind me and rang him up, before me! That is three times she completely passed over me and rang up people who came in after me. I don't know if she didn't like the way I looked or what, but her customer service was trash. Finally I said excuse me, I have already paid for my pick up order to which she replied "you can say please and thank you, whats the name" in a nasty tone. Got my food and I will never come back ever again. If you are in the service industry and you have employees that treat your paying customers like garbage and you do nothing about it, you deserve 1 star reviews. Discrimination has no place in a city that supposedly prides itself on being above that. Your food is not nearly good enough to put up with being treated like trash.

Dishonest charges. Over salted food. Added a fake tax amount of $2 to an item that cost $19. So sick of dishonest people.

Randomly making up price for each item (ex. $14,99 for a KitKat). This shop is a scam.

The owner/manager either was having a bad day, or confused me with someone else but he was very hostile. The food is definitely not worth the bad service. He accused me of reporting him "many" times for missing food orders. Very sketchy and unfriendly place. Not recommended.Note: Down below is a very unprofessional reply he wrote back as you can see. I rest my case?

You might not expect much from a corner style store but this is hands down one of my all time favorite spots! It just reminds me of a neighborhood store where you can just so happen to get a BANGIN meal with counter service. This is what we call a "hidden gem" because it's like asking a genie for a beautiful, delicious meal full of life and flavor with aromatics and tantalizing tastes - then with the twist genie's usually give - you find yourself in a place with no tables or chairs to eat it at. The experience of what your tastebuds witness is worth eating standing up, walking, taking back to a place you can enjoy or just diving in right there on Canal street surrounded by construction. I feel like this really gives you the bility to focus in on just the food where some restaruants have too much happening as part of the experience. This is simple and strictly about the taste and quality of food. Not to mention this is the only place I've been in all of America that has vegetarian mousakka.

Don't go here. Place used to be solid. Now food is inedible and overpriced. I can't really emphasize how bad the food is. The service is terrible. But the food may make you sick. Such a shame.

I was hoping for some traditional Greek fare and this was not it. The octopus was rubbery and the mousaka did not have bechemel on top nor any haloumi. The lamb was delicious though!

I usually treat myself to takeout on my “Friday” and Cleo’s has been my go-to for the last couple weeks. I always get the burrata caprese, hummus, and Mediterranean garnish and it’s always out of this world. The freshness of the veggies and the portion sizes never disappoint and everything travels well via Uber. The only neutral feedback I have is that it is never the same- sometimes there’s different veggies or added peppers etc, but I generally take that as a surprise bonus, like a blind bag of delicious flavors that always hit the spot. One day I’ll go in person, but capitalism and being overworked keeps this as a long distance relationship for now. 10 stars.
