Was very surprised when we walked in off bourbon street for a lunch meeting to see how nice this place was inside. Was not too pleased however when we were told the dress code. My boss was wearing blue jeans and a collared plaid shirt. I was in khakis and a dress shirt. We were told by the host no blue jeans allowed and all me have to wear a jacket. Absolutely the best experience we had on our 5 day trip to New Orleans. Sunny our server was the best. From recommendations to just conversation. And the food! Just stop. Amazing. Go online and make your reservations today. Ask for Sunny!

The food was good. Not necessarily the best I've ever had, but it wasn't bad. The service was pretty good. The waitress was pretty quick with getting our food and drinks out. My husband and I only got a couple appetizers as we were mostly there for the Cafe Brule. The atmosphere wasn't the best. We bought a sports coat specifically so we could enjoy the dining experience in the front dining room, but we were seated in the back dining room.
