This store is located right across cafe Monde. They sell all the souvenir items & gift baskets of Cafe du Monde. We were there on Tuesday, the store is closed due to covid. There is another store that is open on same side as Cafe du Monde but on the other end, 848 Decature, that's where we picked up our supplies to take home on Wednesday

The CAFE’ Du MONDE has loads of wonderful items to purchase here! Their the closest shop to them on Decatur St. right off of Jackson Square... All types of themed purchases can be had here at fairly resonable prices! Aprons, magnets, bottle openers, hooded sweat shirts, long sleeve crew necks, beignet mixes, chicory coffee, dish cloths & towels & more...with various designs of the Cafe Du Monde colors & signatory logo!!! Friendly clerks even smiling helpful and patient during this bonus Leap Year Day!!!

I've been told this is the best Muffaletta to be had. It's big I'll give it that. Give me and Italian sub with roasted red bell peppers any day. IMHO in this town everything is pricey and for me I'd recommend something else. This ground up olives on the sandwich is quite a strong flavor. I guess that a person could love it or pass on it. I pass.

Purchased a coffee cup for $7 (only to find out the more authentic Cafe Du Monde version across the street is ~$5 WITH coffee in it) and this is what happened after one wash. Just go to the cafe across the street, don’t buy from here.

This is the gift shop affiliated with Cafe du Monde. Can get an iconic t-shirt for 9.95. Just ask for it or look carefully among the higher priced tshirts on the rack. The rack is a sample case. Every shirt is available in all sizes. Just show what you want to the cashier and they will get your shirt from the storage behind the counter.

I was in town for work on a tv show,and visited Grandad's for souvenirs and I found the customer service by the following: Caring Kelly & On Point Patty to be 5 Star Excellent.Equal to that of the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas,Perfection.

After having beignets, we happily strolled across the street for the gift shop! Coffee and beignets mix, plus oodles of New Orleans fun fare! A couple of magnets later and him-hawing whether I would actually make beignets at home, we easily checked out! This too is cash only!
