We stopped by for lunch and shared a blackened catfish Po Boy - we really enjoyed it.. very strong flavor.. one of the better Po Boys we had in New Orleans..! Also this restaurant's Google Maps description states this is a cash only establishment but they accept tap n pay, too.

Grilled shrimp salad is totally satisfying… no deep fried regrets.

Grilled shrimp poboy was incredibly delicious. The shrimp were plentiful and had the most amazing flavor and spice. Service was friendly, get there early to avoid the crowd but honestly worth the wait.Parking: Get there early plenty of free neighborhood parking, also a high traffic shopping area, so parking becomes more scarce later in the day.

We stopped here after looking at nearby Domilise's and deciding it was not for us... and we are so glad we came here instead. We shared a large grilled shrimp Po-Boy and it was spilling over with so many shrimp - probably a couple dozen - and it was delicious. The Gumbo was good as well. It appeared that the owners were cooking and taking orders and they were delightful. The restaurant was simple and clean which was great because it was raining outside. Highly recommended.

AWESOME dressed shrimp po'boy. If you order a small, it's more like a "regular" - can't imagine what a large is like. I could not name a single thing that could be improved on this po'boy. The service was excellent as well.Food: 5/5

The best! Everyone is so nice. Easy to find. I had the fried Catfish and it was so good. It's cool to see the chef back there hustling, moving at lightning speed. Even though he was moving quick, there was a little bit of a wait... like 25min. Totally worth it. Highly recommend.

Very good po-boys. I had a fried shrimp and catfish which I liked very much. My mom had a "chicken special" - grilled chicken, cheddar, Canadian bacon, dressed, which looked so great I had to beg for a bite. Really good. It's always nice to get away from the conventional fried seafood. Very small interior, so most take it to go. One complaint- they only have bottled soda and a cup with ice costs $1.95. I found that a bit over the top. Next time, I'll carry in a Diet Coke from Mickey D's.

We are from Arizona and had no expectations. We ordered the roast beef sandwich and it was tasty! I wasn't expecting it to be so wet (it soaked through 2 papers it was wrapped in) but it was very tasty. You can't really take any as leftovers because within minutes the bread is soaked. We also ordered the 6" and it was huge. We could have shared a 6" and it was pretty pricy.

This place was recommended to us by the owner of Ice Cream 504. He said it is a must do while here in New Orleans. It was pretty good. Small, no frills mom and pop shop. Staff really friendly and relaxed environment. My bread was tough as hell but otherwise the "bomb" was good. I made the mistake of not getting the fried option but I got a chance to have some of hers and it was delicious. Get there early or the iced tea will sell out. It seems to be a customer favorite.

Shrimp po boy was awesome! Definitely have to try it out! There's always a line inside and also not much seating so be prepared.

Guy makes one helluva po boy. Huge and delish. We got the fried shrimp and the chicken special. Highly recommended.

Call ahead to order. This place is small and busy, if you want to order in store, you'll probably need to wait 20 min before your order is taken, and another 20 min for your order to be ready.

So we're all here because of the recommendation on YouTube, but honestly it was terrible. The shrimp Poboy was so salty! So salty I debated throwing it away or taking it back. The gumbo had no flavor and was more of a stew. Definitely will not return

Guy's Poboys was on point! I was running errands Uptown and I was in the mood for a shrimp poboy. The shrimp were perfectly seasoned, tasty, and the fries were crisp! Very friendly staff and it was just nice to sit down, have a Barq's, and relax. Had a lovely conversation with another customer about growing up in NOLA etc. I will be returning to Guy's in the near future! The food, atmosphere, and people were all so good!

Well, this is an easy 5 stars. Classic NOLA establishment. Super friendly. Relaxed. Had both grilled shrimp and fried shrimp po boys. Both were excellent. Great atmosphere. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
