We are frequent diners in this restaurant and we have same requests everytime we are dining. This time our server Jessica was really rude i express it to her that there's an food in our appetizer that we always change she said oh no that will nver happen, i told her that our grill has only heat/flame in 1 side and she said that is fine just rotate the food and i also express the fact that one of meat has a bone still in it. She ddnt care

This is a fun place to go with friends to have an interactive meal. Our server was polite. The food was very good with the exception of what they want to call fondue broccoli. That was a let down. Putting cheese whiz, or Velveeta in a metal tin cup, and calling that fondue was not good the geisha cocktail was refreshing overall a very good experience.

Grest meat options. The service was OK but not the best. We had 10 people, and they could only split 2 checks. The price is very good for the amount of food you get. The bathrooms could use some cleaning as there was urine all over the toilet and floor. The trash also stayed on the table for over an hour. We had to eat around it.Updated: I have visited this establishment 3 additional times since my review. We received great service each time, and everything was picked up in a timely manner. They were also very attentive to the drink refills and answering questions. The bathroom was still a bit cheesy due to the strong smell of urine and yellow stains draping the toilet. Other than the restroom, I do believe they are doing pretty good, and their service was great. So, I have updated my rating and look forward to returning.

Garlic noodles with chicken, fried pork gyoza, garlic fried rice and the cheesy butter corn was so delicious! They have a large selection of meats to grill and vegetarian options as well! I’ve been to many locations for this restaurant and the service is always spotty. The servers are always friendly but don’t seem to ever check on the table besides to take your order and drop off your meal.. and commonly there’s a missing item you have to remind them of or have taken off the bill when you track them down to pay. So if you’re looking for a quick meal then recommend going somewhere else. If you do dine here you can expect a fabulous meal!

What a delicious place to eat! Now, it may not be your classic Louisiana plates, but if you just have a craving for some Japanese BBQ. This is one of the best places to go! Our waitress was so sweet. We got the Meat Lovers order, which features 6 types of beef, and we upgraded to the Harami. It was just *chef's kiss* magnificent.

The food was prepared wonderfully, the grill was not hard to use and the service was great. The Basel chicken and the teriyaki chicken was wonderful. The beef sukiyaki bibimbap was excellent (order extra beef). The garlic shrimp was great and my wife loved the garlic spinach. Spring rolls were good also. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Gyu-Kaku is my go to for large group dining. The menu being organized by party size takes all the guess work out of how much food you need, and the house Sake is perfect! If you haven't been, it's absolutely recommended!

We’re beyond disappointed on our last visit here. The foods were completely off. The soup and bibimbap were poorly cooked. All the meats weren’t properly prepared or marinated. Apparently, there was no quality nor passion for customer satisfaction. You just lost a loyal

Pretty good food, only diminished by my cooking abilities.Make sure to adjust and rotate the food so you don't end up with a burnt, charred taste like we did.

Due to unexpected traffic, I had to push our reservation back three times. The hostess was very patient and gracious when we arrived. Because we were going to the theater, we only had 45 minutes to dine. Our server, Duy, was excellent! His recommendations were spot on. Our drinks and food arrived promptly and allowed us to grill and still depart on time. Cocktails and entire meal were delicious and we will return. Thank you to the great staff!
