This place, Y'alls! A hole in the wall donut place, which I happen to discover while passing by. Nice people, and we got a complementary donut cos it was our first visit. Donuts: Very fresh and unbelievably cheap and most important to me: a perfect balance of sugar and dough. I bought a variety of them and each tastes great. I will be back!
Value: Excellent Quality: YUM I pass this little house with signs painted on it every day when I'm on my way to work. Curiosity (and hunger) got the best of me and I stopped by. I missed the $2 breakfast by 20 minutes (it's from 5am-7am) but the regular price is low already so that wasn't a problem. OMG--this is a hot, filling breakfast--grits, eggs, I had bacon, toast...and one of those chocolate glazed donuts. Too much food for under $5. This donut shop is the "on the way" hook up early in the morning if you're Uptown, downtown, Mid-City Lakefront. You should come here and get your Donuts. High-quality Donuts centrally Located at MLK and Claiborne right off the Pontchartrain Expressway. Winner winner!
