Literally I ordered a well done cooked pizza and it came out raw… I don’t even want to call and get a pizza comped that’s how bad this pizza was. I’ll never return to this location again. I feel like you have to undercook a pizza just in spite of me ordering it well done. Nasty people with nasty

One hour and 50 minutes to get pizza on a Friday night! The app regarding preparation progress was stuck on 'making your pizza' for 1 1/2 hours. When I tried to call to see what the problem was NO ONE picked up the phone. I tried TWICE, only voice menu, then endless ringing. When the finally arrived I questioned the driver, but he had no idea, just said they're very busy. It used to take 45- 60 minutes to get delivery.

Papa John's Pizza used to be my favorite pizza place for a commercial pizza chain. I have given them three chances. Twice in my city and once at my second home. I am convinced they suck!!!!! The last three experiences were at different locations and even a different state. The pizza was disgusting. The presentation was poor. The pepper they placed in the box was dried out. Needless to say, I am no longer a customer of Papa John's Pizza

Papa johns on Allen Toussaint Blvd Needs Better Workers How You Have an Attitude when a person walks in the place then make their pizza wrong/half done than charge my credit card twice. They need to shut all these fast food places down YALL going to wine up getting someone sick from a half done pizza if a person tells you well done why make it half done. Poor service!!

They gave me an empty box... had to go back to actually get my pizza. Also ordered extra sauces and they did not give me the correct ones.

If I could give it no stars, I would! Ordered pizza & Buffalo wings. Ended up with food poisoning. I knew it wasn’t the pizza because my partner & I both ate it and he’s perfectly fine. I ate the wings by myself & 12 hours later, I’m still vomiting & dehydrated.

Donald (I think it said his name was) went up and beyond, I would say. He was super fast, and of the upmost polite & positive delivery! Both literally and figuratively. All despite the pouring rain! (& a lower online tip). Now how many people can do that? I know I'm in a bad mood if my hair doesn't sit right. Lol. Two thumbs up for Donald! (Needless to say I added to the tip in cash). Highly recommend tipping. Always tip your server or delivery guy!
