Came in for something cold to eat and was delightfully surprised by the ladies behind the counter! Demetries helped us and was so sweet and genuine it touched my heart! She was so friendly and had a smile that is definitely contagious….. what else can you ask for in an employee? And from a customer’s perspective she is EXACTLY what we needed!! It has been YEARS since I've been to a frozen yogurt place, and it being Pinkberry at that! I used to often go to the location in Harahan, but since they've closed down, I haven't been to Pinkberry since. Looking for a dessert location after dinner with the family and this came into my mind since we were close by. The froyo base is pretty good already, but the toppings make it even better. It's also a big plus that the toppings can be added at no additional charge. Solid spot if you're looking for a midday snack or dessert.
