Took 2 hours for the food to arrive. Took them 45 minuets to even approve my order, Dasher got to the store almost immediately and had to wait another 45 minutes. Do not order here if you’re hungry because it’s gonna be a WAIT.

I hardly ever write reviews but this deserves a review. I ordered 2 box combos and arrived home to see both combos didn’t have any toast. Last week I ordered a box combo got home to eat and there was only 3 tenders instead of 4. I called and spoke to the manager tonight about both situations and her response was ok so what are you missing now!? I said the toast, she responds, So are you coming back to get the toast? (with an attitude)… I am so disgusted. Food is expensive it is not free. I work hard to make sure I can pay for the things I want and the last thing I need is a manager to have an attitude about the poor service that was given to me this is totally unacceptable..

Clarity is needed around why the dining room closes at 5PM. It is extremely inconvenient because the community is just getting off of work and school and the line is consistently out to the street.

I don’t think they wanted to be there today let me explain. First thing first I always go to this one because it’s closer to my house. I order 4 box combos, no coleslaw, extra fries, and my bread was Bob and I had two lemonades a Coke and a sweet tea. The chicken was small and soggy not crispy at all. The bread was not bob and the fries were a small. I spent 40 dollars plus for two lemonades a coke and a sweet tea, because that was the best thing I got tonight.

Tried visiting this canes on September 26 at about 10:40 AM. I don't frequent this area very often, but l have a customer that is nearby.
When I visit my customer I usually stop in and get lunch at this location. I drive a commercial roll-off truck that is too big to park in the Cane's lot, so l park across the street in an empty lot and walk across. My job isn't the cleanest so l keep heavy hand cleaner in my truck to wash my hands. I put a dap of hand cleaner in one of my hands and usually walk into whatever restaurant I'm at and go straight to the restroom to wash my hands before eating.
Their restroom is locked with a keypad so l asked the cashier, how do I get in the restroom?
Then I was greeted by Mr. Tim. I did not know he was the manager at this time, but he told me that l have to make a purchase before I can use the restroom, I open my hand and showed him the hand cleaner all over my hand. I told him I needed to wash my hands first. He told me that it doesn't work that way. I said well if I can't wash my hands first, I'm not gonna dine here & you're gonna lose a customer. He said that was fine. I walked all the way back across the street aggravated and then decided that I should go back and ask for a manager to give the manager the opportunity to fix this employees problem. I did and learn that "Tim" was the manager on duty at this time. I asked him if he was sure he wanted to lose a customer over not letting them wash their hands and he said a policy is a policy.
I said well that's fine I'm sure Cane's appreciates you sticking to the policy and walked out. There is a reason they only have 2.5 stars. I will add the cashier @ the time was really sweet. When I walked in the door she greeted me with a "Welcome to Cane's" and a smile.

I enjoy the food from Canes, however, they close the dining area at 5pm which creates a long drive thru line. I think this decision should be reconsidered. You should provide a better way to service your customers especially during peak hours.

This is the best Raising Cane’s I’ve been to! The Cane’s sauce here has what is missing at the other locations I’ve been to(Texas-Dallas area). The food was fresh and I love the history on the wall of the restaurant.

The staff is incredible and the Manager was everything. She went around to check on everyone, asking if everything was okay. I love her accent too Lol

I’d recommend this location. The staff greets you as you walk in, are patient, soft spoken and provide exceptional customer service.
