No WiFi unless you go out to the hotel lobby, wait in line, and at the front desk ask for a password. Update - I got an access code at the hotel front desk, but the WiFi still is not working.

I've just had the the best and worst experience at the Starbucks in the Sheraton hotel. I'm currently staying at the Sheraton for a work convention. I accidentally ordered the wrong drink. The cashier had such a terrible disposition. The young lady making the drink offered to help (marabella). The cashier verbally attacked her and said this was not an option to correct. The cashier is terrible and a poor representation of Starbucks. Im not a coffee fan and was not sure of options. This was the worst way to gain a new customer.. side note the other parties in the store approached me later to also advise of their disbelief in treatment.
The staff is very unfriendly! No smiling, short and rude answers. They treated us like we need to be grateful to buy something from the store. But I thought we are the customers……avoid this place!

It was crowded due to conventions and people having meetings but my coffee and my Spinach Wrap were delicious, fresh, and tasty. Yes, I waited like 10 minutes for my order but it was worth waiting for it!👍👍👍thank you!

Avoid this location if you can. I accidentally ordered the wrong drink and when I very nicely tried to fix it was yelled at by the staff. This was also after I tipped them $3! Ghetto is the only way I can describe the staff & service at this location. Won't be going back
Absolutely terrible service.
I cannot BELIEVE the treatment and the behaviour of this place!! Every single time I come in here, I ask for very simple things - ice, water, a coffee, a snack. Very very VERY basic requests. And I'm direct with what I want bc I'm in the industry too so I understand how helpful it is to be direct with what you wanna order. So THIS time, all I asked for was for them to put ice in my water. That is all.
Every. Single. Worker. REFUSED to get me ice!!! Calling ME ignorant, dumb and disrespectful when all I asked for was ice. They made me wait for ice for 10 MIN until they got the manager and SECURITY!!! And for what?!? For asking them to put ice in my water?!? Oh my god it was so so so disgusting and weird! Why behave like that? And only to me?? This type of gross behaviour is so uncalled for and really not even worth it. You can find better coffee anywhere else and get treated with basic respect. These people here give off such a negative and childish energy, it's really disappointing. But while the manager was trying to figure out what was happening, she was also acting just like her team!! Childish, pretending not to understand that all I wanted was ice. At this point, I was incredibly frustrated and annoyed. I asked for ice for 10 min, then the manager asked me again what I wanted for 5 min straight. Playing dumb. Like she was born yesterday and can't comprehend ice. ICE. It's like certain customers are just a toy/ to them - treat them however they feel that day, refuse to do their jobs, can't fulfill basic requests, and act incredibly ignorant and disrespectful to get a rise out of them, it seems? But why me?! Calling me dumb for asking for ice. I can't believe it!! And making me wait 15 min total for it!! Why!?!
It's quite possible they're racist towards white women or just white people. Wouldn't surprise me just by experiencing how they treat me.
At least the food is good when I actually recieve it without a random fight.
Oh well. Do better. Everyone in that store needs a SERIOUS attitude adjustment. Don't treat customers (of any race) like that and expect them to maintain a positive energy. So odd and disgusting it is how they're quick to flip the script, treat you like trash and then get to blame the customer for being confused and upset? Over an ice request? No. That's unacceptable. Grow up everyone. Pathetic.
How does Starbucks not accept cash!?!?!?

This is a hotel guest only Starbucks.
Amazing service at this location. India is so kind and welcoming. Will 100% come back.
*This location is not a real Starbucks*
Way too much for an espresso drink.
The attached picture of order was for a doppio (two shots) on ice with 2 pumps of mocha... that was it.. I asked why so expensive and informed by staff it's because we are a leased in name Starbucks but not corporate owned..
This explains why you can't order ahead on the app and with 4 people behind the counter service was at a slow pace... Not recommend this location inside the Sheraton.
Update, I went to the real Starbucks at 601 Poydras street which is Awesome in their customer service and did not overcharge for the same drink... see attached picture
what can I say it's a Starbucks they're great consistent all the time very nice service I'm from Texas and I wasn't sure if it was just a Texas thing but here in New Orleans the servers were great and friendly they didn't have the caramel brulee anymore because it's seasonal but I told her to meet me whatever she thought might taste good that's kind of like it and she did a great job.
You want us to tip you at the register, that is a very hard thing to do when your cashiers do not acknowledge you, say hello, smile and say thank you.
