They are in Place St Charles. The large building with Capital One on top of the building. But they are open and serving breakfast croissants and iced coffee. It appears they have hold and cold sandwiches for lunch. They also appear to have salads. If in the area. This would be a quick spot to get a sandwich and split.

Yesterday, while traveling, I ordered a latte, green tea and bagel with cream cheese. My order was $10.55. As I check my I see a SECOND back to back charge on my debit account from them for $39.77. I cannot get thru to them to reverse the second inappropriate charge BECAUSE THEIR NUMBER DOESNT WORK. Thé latte was lukewarm at best. All around bad experience, but I would not have done a review if it weren't for the financial issues!

Great place for soups, salads, and sandwiches but they need to fix their phone number. Bad number.

Delicious soup and salad. Had the roasted red pepper gouda soup, which was fantastic, and the house salad. They were out of the grilled pita, but they improvised and brought me a different grilled bread to compliment my meal. Highly recommend if you're looking for something healthy and quick.

Service and quality is declining. The staff can be rude and lazy. If you want, quality with a smile go somewhere else! There was one person left who cared, but I don't see them much.

I am not sure what happened today but I went to get my usual afternoon snack and the doors were closed and I asked the person if they were closed and he said we close at 3:45. It was 3:20 and I asked him when they started to close early. He said since I have been working here. Please change the website information to reflect the correct hours. Otherwise, you will loose customers.

Terrazu is a super cute spot for lunch in the CBD. If you're wondering, this spot is located inside of the Capital One building at 201 St. Charles Ave. inside of the food court. They serve sandwiches, pastries, coffee and other quick bites. In my opinion, they can serve as your lunchtime spot or your coffee break between work. Clean area, cute aesthetic and great service. I stopped by during the DollarFest that the Ritual "social ordering" food app had on last week, since they were offering $1 lunch at participating restaurants around the CBD. The way that this promotion worked is that you chose a $1 lunch meal at a participating restaurant, you ordered and paid for your lunch through the application on your phone, it showed you how long it would take until your food was complete and then you could pick it up without waiting in line. This worked great with Terrazu; my lunch was done in about 10-15 min and ready for pickup when I arrived. I ordered a The House Special, which is Terrazu's chicken salad on your choice of sliced bread topped with crisp bacon, avocado, lettuce & tomato. Chips and a drink are offered on the side. The sandwich was pretty tasty, I'm a chicken salad fan so that says a lot that I found it to be good! Although it was lunchtime, service was fast and friendly and it wasn't a super crowded space. This is definitely a spot within close proximity of my job with I will visit frequently when I need a break from my weekly meal preps!

Always friendly and the food is SO GOOD. Just had the BBLTA, it was amazing.

So I placed an order for a sandwich, a soup, and an iced coffee to eat in-house. 15 minutes later, I place an order for another sandwich to-go (mind you, it's not that busy). They ask me what my original order was (they completely forgot it) and says it'll be out shortly. Another 20 minutes later, I'm finally given everything all-together (except my coffee which I had to remind them about) in a to-go bag. I get the most lack-luster looking combination of mediocre food for an upscale price after waiting what I could have gotten a multi-course meal at any other competent place without any apology. Absolutely depressing.

Yummy sandwiches cold or hot. Plenty of fresh, delicious coffee. Quick service.

Really wanted to like this place. I usually get the Chicken Spinach Salad which has a good combination of toppings that go well together. However, I only come here out of desperation--when I want a salad that's close to where I work. After my last take out meal of sandwich+salad combo I've decided never to come back. I received a TINY salad that had barely had any toppings...to make matters worse a lot of the spinach was wilted. My sandwich was even more pathetic. It looked like a child's attempt at making their own lunch. One lettuce, one piece of old bacon, barely melted Brie, precariously held together by a toothpick.

Stayed at the Intercontinental and went to their Happy Hour - also ate lunch here. Great food, original offerings, flavorful and reasonable. I would go back in a heartbeat. Liked it better than the place across the street (Luke's) which is also more expensive. This is a newer chef and he's busy making a name for himself in several cities.

Had the Terrazu Scoop Salad with hummus on top. Satisfying portion and the salad was crisp and fresh. Hummus was really tasty with the pita chips. Quick and easy, and nice to get out of the heat. Great place to stop if you're riding the streetcars!

After a wonderful but exhausting tour of the WWII museum we stopped here for a late lunch snack. The attractive modern facility is located in the atrium of a large office building and is across the hall from a very nice liquor store. Coffee, coffee drinks, teas, exotic cold beverages are the staples along with salads, soups and some sandwiches. My wife chose the salad soup combination and had a very large serving of cobb salad and a large cup of gumbo with rice. I chose the bowl of gumbo and was confronted with a very large serving surrounded by crostini. The gumbo was teeming with shrimp, okra, and had a lingering spicy quality. If I were a local this would be a frequent lunch spot.
