I came here right after Ida hit on a Saturday for the first time and I couldn't have felt more welcome by all the staff. I knew the catastrophes people may be going through or bringing back fearful memories of Katrina's impact but they were glad we there and I was glad they were there. The Business Bar is a great concept, yet I'm not sure how to review the experience. In all transparency, the environment was clean and inviting, yet the service was slower than usual (because they're extremely short staffed), and the portions are itty-bitty miniature bites. When our food arrived, it almost felt like a joke. Aside from that it's a solid spot to get your work done.
Went for a late 3 PM lunch with my brothers on Thursday, January 20. Ambience is always great. This was about my third visit to The Business Bar. On this particular day, it looked like they had some last minute staff and technology issues. But☝?It did not affect service nor the quality of food. These days we have to wear our patience panties as the service/restaurant industry has a unique set of obstacles. We had a delicious garden salad with chicken added.
