The Daily Beet

The daily beats on Saint Claude doesnt only cater to vegans but it has amazing atmosphere, with a mixture of Louisiana restaurants in the St. Claude market it a MUST. There's also outside sitting, surrounding New Orleans, True essence.

This is a cool spot in the St. Roch Market. They have a variety of salads, grain bowls, juices and smoothies. The staff are very friendly and do a great job. We used to get some of their grain bowls to split, but lately we have been hooked on their Avocado Toast. I think it's the best I have had from anywhere. I came here wanting something a little more 'healthy' after binging on some heavy, fried New Orleans food the days before. The Daily Beet was perfect. I ordered the green juice and the Avocado Toast Supreme. You can tell all of the ingredients are extremely fresh. The juice was exactly how I want my green juices-light, fresh, nothing too strong and nothing too sweet.
