I visited here with my masc and the men there were such queens, it’s like they were tryna take a LESBIAN, from me. Like be so fr. Lol if you’re a messy drama filled queen, this is the perfect place for you. If I wanted to feel this unsafe and not welcomed I could have just went to a straight bar. Do not waste your time.

I recently visited The Page and was shocked by the hostile atmosphere and harassment from the staff and patrons. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I expect a safe and welcoming space, but this bar fell far short.
The bartenders were dismissive and rude, and the crowd was aggressive and disrespectful. I witnessed harassment and discrimination towards several patrons, including myself. The management seemed uninterested in addressing these issues, creating a toxic environment that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend The Page to anyone seeking a positive and inclusive experience. Instead, I suggest exploring other LGBTQ+ friendly establishments that prioritize respect, inclusivity, and a safe space for all.
Remember, you don't deserve to be harassed or defamed.

This was by far the best bar I went in while visiting New Orleans. The drinks were all made from scratch and were so much better than the drinks on Bourbon St. and the bartenders and owner were so much fun to hang with.

We were happy to support this business at first. The first night we purchased drinks for 4 several times. The cost was the same each time. We then went back the next day grabbed more drinks paying the same price as the night before. After leaving for a bit to attend the parade we went back for a refill. Things went downhill from here. We get the "assistant manager" as a bartender. He's being rude and arrogant as he serves people just walking up to the bar all while purposely overlooking people standing there for longer periods of time. After waiting excessively my cousin orders 3 Margaritas. I asked for a SPLASH of Grand Marnier. It came at an additional cost which was ok. When I asked how much the bartender said with sass.... $21. At this point I'm disappointed at the rip off. I KNOW THIS IS A DIFFERENT PRICE FROM WHAT I PAID FOR THE PAST 2 days. Not to mention a shot wouldn't have cost this much. The bartender with the locs was the worst. Bare in mind He was tipped $10 for these making drinks. They weren't event well made.
I reapproached the bar to speak with the owner. He walked over to the scaming bartender instead looked directly at me as he talked to him. Then he walked over to me and I asked the owner for a moment of his time. I was hoping to briefly inform him of what happened. Unfortunately, instead of taking time to hear what his staff was doing to his patreons he told me NOT RIGHT NOW. I can only deduce that he's in on the scam. The Irish pub up the street offered better service and better drinks.
Meanwhile cochroaches were running all over the floor. Please use the scam money to call the orkin man. Never again.

Its for black male only!
Hello. Miami Dolphins fan here. Great night watching Nola and Jaguar game. Coming here for years. Best owner and bartenders. Always a great time in town of so many bars to go to…. you just keep standing out!
Accosted for being white and then given a healthy dose of GHB with my drink. Dangerous.
Visiting during Red Dress Run (08/2023) is an adventure. I have been to this location before (during a Bachelor Party trip, though my memory is unclear lol). From my limited memory, it was a good time and the drinks were easy to obtain. I can only comment on my current LUCID memory of the bar service this time and it was SLOOOOOWWWWW.I think it was probably 25 minutes to get a beer and a simple, one-liquor mixed drink. Needless to say, we only ordered once. I watched one bar tender consistently look over my friend who is a 6-3, 250 lb. man right in front of him. He didn't serve us until a fellow patron pointed to us and the bartender had no other choice but to serve us.I am looking forward to giving them another opportunity to wow me because this one did not achieve the level of service they aim to achieve.

Good music and good drinks,Just a little too small for me. Luckily you can drink and smoke outside and still hear the music. Say hi to the sexy chocolate security guard at the door.

Don't go to this place ordered a beer bar tender grabed the 8 dollars for a 3 dollar beer and kept the rest.Screw this place don't get robbedWhat a dump
One of my fav stops, strong drinks and great music!
I got caught in an unexpected downpour and the bartender motioned me and my dog in. Friendly clientele and bartenders, affordable drinks. The bartender ended up giving my dog half his dinner. Haha. The previous review said the people here were"hood" which I find highly offensive. This is a Black gay bar and there are a few spaces like that in New Orleans. Probably someone who characterizes it as hood should not come back.
Harold the bartender made me a gpod drink and is a low key friendly guy. Patrons are hood, but thats why I go there to begin with...#loveit
Had the most amazing experience here. The bartenders were life and their drinks are worth every dollar$You must stop by The Page Bar!!
