Delicious as usual.I'm glad to see that that guy who had a long beard at least cut it.Before, he wasn't even wearing a hair net on it & I wondered about the sanitation of this place.I'm glad there was an improvement.Bae loves it here & I'm here 4 the ride.There was a different cashier today & it's nice to see some diversity in the crew.I was a little disturbed that we waited so long on this visit.However, we were accommodated with a free drink; an iced coke 4 me?Also, I witnessed another customer mentioning that the sauce he asked 4 wasn't quite made right.& the employee, instead of correcting the issue, told him it was correct on the receipt & quickly dashed to the back area.I believe the guy wanted parmesan cheese cheese, but somehow, the receipt said NO parmesan cheese.I didn't like that, but like I said, bae loves it here & I'm here for the rideAlso, the customer had difficulty getting assistance when needed, which is something I've witnessed on previous visitsI'm generally soft-spoken & I realize that that customer could literally have been me.But bae is loud & has no problem calling people out on their b.s. & doesn't mind creating a scene.So I was in good companyBut personally, I wouldn't come here if I wanted to place an order myself.I would more than likely look for another location & sought to find a different restaurant altogether, but that's just meWe had our usual order of wings,fries with each of our preferred sauces.Parking: Get In where you fit in parking

Came here to leave a review of my horrible experience, but it seems that everyone else who has ever eaten here beat me to it . But to no surprise, when my order arrived it was totally wrong, like not one thing right. I gave it a chance and the food was SO bad. The lemon pepper boneless wings made me nauseous and the fries were soggy and stale. Will NOT be coming back or ordering from here again, and would not recommend it even to a dog. GROSS!!!

The boneless nuggets were good. The French fries were soggy. They seem to do quite a bit of pick up and to go business. But the cleanliness of the bathroom and the difficulty in reaching it causes me concern regarding this restaurant. I wouldn't return if I lived in New Orleans.

I placed an order online. Upon receiving my order, my son and I went inside to wait for our order. The first thing we noticed was the garbage bin (the ones that you roll out in front of your house) in the walkway to the restroom and a lady leaning on the counter playing on her phone. The lady who I assume is the manager told us that it was being worked on. While we waited she gave us our cups to fill at the machine. The floors were very sticky, the drink section was messy and needed to be cleaned. The tea section needed to be refilled because my drink tasted like a watered down sweet tea. After waiting for about 15, one of the employees brought the ticket to her and kept saying "that's not my fault, you should've read the ticket!". She asked me if I had the order with all flats and I confirmed in. She she said they had to remake it with all flats for me. Then another worked came out from the office in the back to help with the order, instead he put gloves on and took the trash out. Another man was about to help but got yelled at by the lady saying "there doesn't need to be 2 people taking out the trash! Like really?". So he came back to the kitchen to finish making my order and he did not wash his hands after touching the trash can...They finally finished my order. Everything was correct and tasted great however just the experience and the ambiance of the place was so sad to see. The place inside just doesn't look like it's been swept or mopped in years. The way the staff was being talked to was disheartening and frustrating to say the least.

The second incident was an older lady who was screaming at the top of her lungs at her kitchen staff where everyone in the dining room could hear her. I work for a very large restaurant company in the city and this is not what I call constructive criticism or positive reinforcement. This is absolute bad coaching and lack of accountability on the management . Any establishment where the management treats their employees that way will not be an establishment that I will spend money in. The sad part is these two managers probably do nothing but complain about how they can't find good help. Of course you can't. Look at how you treat people.

I work for a very large restaurant company in the city and this is not what I call constructive criticism or positive reinforcement. This is absolute bad coaching and lack of accountability on the management . Any establishment where the management treats their employees that way will not be an establishment that I will spend money in. The sad part is these two managers probably do nothing but complain about how they can't find good help. Of course you can't. Look at how you treat people.
