Food is very good, I love the stuffed wings. When you go in to order wings it’s usually a wait time. It’s worth the wait because they’re good and hot. On this day 08/15/25 I decided to call in my order for 6 wings. The lady told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. So cool, by the time I left my house and then make a stop, it would exceed those 15 minutes. I go in and tell the lady that I’m here to pick up. She’s fixing wings for 2 workers who were obviously on lunch break. They got theirs and I know mine should be up. She tells me it’ll be an 8 minutes wait. So I have to wait 8 minutes for an order that I called in going on 30 minutes by now. I told her that I didn’t want them. Her reply was a nonchalant “ok”. No ma’am you don’t get to waste my time, gas, and have me come out my way, just to have me waiting. What was the purpose in even calling in the order?! Customer service wasn’t it today. They need to do better. Didn’t say sorry for the inconvenience or anything. And some may know that when you got a taste for something, you want what you want. I’m a disappointed customer, and I wasn’t about to let this slide. Guess I won’t be tasting those wings no time soon if I have to go there. Dezmeaux’s need to work on that frfr. What I got (pic below). Noise level- she wasn’t talking. Money spent, not a penny. Seating, go sit in your car and wait. (Not today).

I drove from lafayette to opelousas to get their boudin burger because I was craving it. I got there at 430 and they were closed already when they close at 5! Very disappointed that I couldn't satisfy my craving!

Very good boudin, extra spicy and the boudin balls had a special spice that was different, we really liked it!
Glad I got off the beaten path and didn’t go to Billy’s next door, it was certainly worth it!

When i pulled up i was a little worried, nothing fancy of a building, and sharing a parking lot with an abandoned gas station.
Went inside and ordered the boudin burger and asked for any other suggestion. He quickly let me know the stuffed chicken wings are very popular so I went with a order of those too. So glad I did. This is some of the best chicken I have ever had. Perfectly seasoned with a perfect crunch. The boudin and cheese stuffed inside is what took this chicken to a different atmosphere! Kinda reminded me of stuffing and turkey but way better!
Super friendly and they even let me try out their cracklins. Absolutely amazing. Extra crispy fat side with a nice meaty side and seasoned ever so nicely! I will definitely have to add an order of these next time. I also can't wait to try their egg roll bondin

Awesome place BEST BOUDIN I've had in a long long time. I came in from Dallas And every time I visit the boot I will be back. I couldn't find good boudin in Alexandria Lafayette Baton Rouge DezMeaux is by far the best.. Thank you Renee and Brandon excellent customer service love it here. They showed me nothing but love the crackling and boudin stuffed chicken wings omg .

As a Cajun, I’ve tasted my fair share of boudin…but this was the best. It was meaty, seasoned to perfection and not dry. We went on a Saturday, just passing through town, so I only bought a pound! Stupid mistake. Next time…..I’m buying the whole pot!!!

The boudin is the Best ! Brandon is great attitude as well the younger cashier but that one is So negative and unfriendly I will turn around and leave I asjinger why she doesn't smile or talk she replied cause I don't want to BAD FOR THIS BUSINESS ! other ha e experience the same salty attitude but overall great food
On Sat, Oct 12, 2024. No frozen boudain and the cashier had the nastiest attitude EVER... Not nice for your customers to hear you talking about them when you are in the back talking to another coworker.... Hopefully she is no longer employed if/when I return

Yes,it is good,boudin just right,have stuff turkey wings,like go with some money,bc a few dollars of boudin, you be mad at yourself for not getting some for later,eat now and think about later boo,oh you have kids,your $30.00 worth is gone already,so think about it, cooking or not!!lol I spend 60.00 easy,why?? Bc God is AWESOME!and i like to eat?????Help support local businesses, even if you travel to get there!!
